We stayed on the same floor as the outside pool, you could see the pool from our balcony. There were pool works happening the morning of our first nights stay, at 8am the noise was so loud and disruptive. It would have been appreciated to be told when checking in about the works. We also dropped headphones that went under the bed, when I went to retrieve them, I found an adult toy under the bed (that didn’t below to us), it made us feel as if the rooms aren’t properly checked over and cleaned thoroughly.

Some room furnishings were a bit dated. Iron had burn stains which meant I could not iron white work shirt.

Rooms were large and spacious. Everything worked and was nice to have laundry powder provided for washing machine. Great location.

Some things were a bit old, there were 2 broken PowerPoint's in the kitchen and kids were disappointed that the pool was closed.

The communication was a little confusing at times but we figured it out. The spa and sauna and pool were closed. We had intended to use the sauna and spa. The bathrooms could do with an update. The apartment is older but as a result it is large and well laid out.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were up to date and some other updates like carpet had been made. The balcony was good to have. The carport was secure. There was good storage. The apartment was clean. Two bathrooms. The price was excellent.

The apartment was a little old and tired - it was an older style that has not been updated for a wile and had been "lived in" with marks on the carpet, walls and doors, some chipped tiles, miss-matched furniture one with a wobbly backrest, and no A/C in the bedroom. One of the towels had small holes in it and there were no washcloths. But for me none of this was a deal breaker.

The location was great - clean and tidy - it does the job. Even though the price was very reasonable I feel the place needs some love.

Not much in the kitchen to cook with. Was a little run down and bathrooms seemed very dated. There was also cleaning happening right outside my window in the first morning that made me feel uncomfortable.

The hole in the bathroom door.. dirty dishes.. dirty vacuum cleaner.. tables legs are not screwed in...to bad if the kids came it would of crushed them..

Furniture, bathroom, kitchen were very old, you could see that they were used for many many years. So for example the sofa was ripped a bit, windows were not working properly. Also it was not super clean. So I recommend doing a renovation as with better conditions you could rent this apartment for twice as much.

The location was very good, it's just 5 min walk from CBD. Also the view from the windows/terrace was amazing, especially at night! Our Apartment was huge, Two big bedrooms, two separate bathrooms. We payed a little less as there was some kind of discount so for this price - I would stay there again for sure.

The room was a bit dated but still comfortable, the windows in the bedrooms were able to be opened right up which posed a safety hazard for our toddler

This is an older building so the accoustic treatments arent the best. Air conditioning didn't extend to main bedroom, furniture and fluorescent lighting felt a bit like an office. Bathroom dated. non-stick frying pan not non-sticking, included spatula half melted. The sign on the wall said no party policy but I counted no less than 18 chairs in the apartment.

Location and view hard to beat. Walk through the lane way and you are at Brisbane central station, walk a little bit further down the hill and you are in the Cbd. Convenient basement parking. This apartment was absolutely massive for a 1bed apartment and would have been executive when first built. Apartment was very clean.

The air-conditioner in my unit was older and a bit noisy but worked well.

The location was great, central station is less than a 10 minute walk, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The gentleman on the front desk was very nice and helpful.

checking in was difficult as the reception was closed, not able to go in, tried the locks where keys were kept. Aimlessly wondering around the foyer area until someone came down and opened reception one. It would have been nice to be given some instructions if they were closing reception. The room could use a good dyson vacuum.

the location was excellent, this is good for one or two nights. I loved that they have washing machine and dryer.

The tumble dryer in the apartment did not work. The kitchen was a decent size, but it didn't have enough equipment. I would have liked a larger oven dish and a sharp knife, as well as decent sized pots to actually cook in.
