Would be bit picking really, my room was roadside and a little noisy but nothing major. No reception staff upon check out at around 7:30am, then had to ask for a copy of my payment receipt days later.

Well put together, clean and appears to have been quite new. Be careful this room is in the "Suites", not the Hotel which is a pub really. Big bed and very large room.

We had dinner in the attached pub which was excellent; we had the beef short rib and the bangers and mash both cooked in the smoker - really delicious! Friendly ambience; beer good. We had breakfast in the cafe opposite - they had the log fire going, which was lovely - coffee and freshly squeezed juice excellent. We had a delicious toastie, but the whole menu looked amazing as did cakes and sandwiches, worth a visit. Thanks all, loved the place and Goulburn was lovely to wander around too.

The bad side of my stay was i was put in #46 which is at the end of a hallway and all day and night you hear a engine sounds like a generator or something, kept me awake on and off the loud noises. You definatlly hear it in bed when the room is silent. What a shame that noise is there, you would think that equipment would be noise isolated or the walls noise isolated to outside, especially at the end of the hallway.

Loved the location and the quality of the room. Feels nice and modern, Excellent value for money also 👍

Parking isn't allocated so its first in first served although there is parking out on the street. We were able to gain a spot inside the property parking so were happy, but were nervous to begin with. The bathroom towel rail fell apart when we went to use it, but otherwise everything was very good.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed and bathroom. Conveniently located with the bar and bistro beside and coffee shop across the road, all with lovely atmosphere and food. Secure entry from the street with the apartments being upstairs (lift provided). The room was modern with not much noise head from the shopping centre behind.

Pub joined on - Restaurant food at pub was pretty good but huge hassle to change anything on menu even when we were happy to pay full price for servicing us less food. Examples are; child wanted a cheese pizza (not on menu) but we are happy to pay full price covered pizza - they were not accommodating. The other child wanted plain pasta with oil - same problem. Happy to pay full price… to hard to deal with.

Room was fantastic, very spacious as was bathroom. Parking was on street but very accessible. Liked the pub joined to the suites.

Stayed in this "Suite" section of the Hotel. It was "sweet". The room was wonderful. The service in the Pub was wonderful. Food was wonderful. We were there for a party upstairs and that was wonderful too. A great stay.

Everything was great, easy access to the shops I. Walking distance, very secure, love how nobody can just walk in and is all card access. The only fault is that the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with a sore back. The beds need pillow tops on top of the mattress. But over all great.

Sadly my room looked onto the main street of Goulburn and a local past-time seems to be driving very loudly up and down the main street on a Saturday night which could be heard clearly in the room. I imagine nights other than Fri/Sat night would be fine, but it was quite loud. Not sure what the property could do about it though, so I wouldn't blame them.

Location is almost in the centre of town with short walk to train station and various eateries. The suites are located next door to the pub of the same name which has a bistro service for lunch and dinner. Food was excellent value and quality. Staff were very friendly both when called on the phone and in person at the bar/bistro. Excellent customer service.

If the car park was a bit wider as it was hard to get out of our car.

The rooms were roomy, we got a one bedroom suite which was perfect for 4 people. The decor of the room was good, the room had plenty of room for dining, enough coffee and teas, our room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was roomy, the TVs was a good size and the staff were friendly. Also, value for money. Its location was perfect, walking distance to cafes and shops.

Parking is a nightmare, on-street parking isn't ideal especially with the prices being charged.

Suite is quiet and clean with great amenities provided. Secure access is reassuring when travelling alone.
