The only problem we had was the garage door fob not working all the time but that was only minor.

It was amazing! The house is beautiful, styled really nicely and had a great view.

Views from the living areas didn't quite match the impression given on the web. Lack of a ground floor toilet and shower was a negative.

pool was freezing (would be great if it was heated), WIFI terrible (but property not advertised with it, we just assumed) and would have been great to have more basics (3 dishwashing tablets not enough for a week)

Great location (although be prepared for steep climb but very doable - not great if you have elderly or small children). Apartment was very beautiful and functional. Clean and spacious. Hosts very easy to deal with. No issues at all with property although would be great if they got WIFI.

We found the master bedroom was always too hot while beds 2 & 3 felt too cold even though we adjusted each room temperature on the control panel to attempt to find the desired temperatures. Tried twice to order meal deliveries which cost us over $100 and neither of them could find our address.

The unit was fabulous but it was hard to access the beach each day with a baby in a stroller due to the location on the very steep hill. The view would have been spectacular if it hadn’t been for 3 huge cranes & high rise developments in front & to the side of our apartment.

The apartment lacked amenities no cloth or dishwashing tablets were provided making it hard to clean up. The bins were also hard to find. The sheer curtains in the bedrooms prevented anyone from sleeping in and also made it hot in the morning. Pillows were also super hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also there was no bins in the upstairs areas which was super inconvenient

The check in process was awesome, the staff were friendly and we were even able to check in early. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking.

If you have bad knees or are very physically unfit keep in mind this place does have quite steep stairs from the garage to the main living then also from the main living to the bedrooms. But when you first arrive its best to park the car out front and go through the gate where the pool is bc that will take u to the main level without having to lug everything upstairs from the garage.Also there are white tiles on the main living area which can get quite dirty easily but can be avoided if you wear slippers around the house or there is many cleaning appliances which are labelled for your convenience that are easily accessible to clean the floors.

The place ticks every box you need for a vacation especially if you have a group of 4-6. Very luxurious, a lot of space in the villa, beautiful view of the beach and hinterland from the balcony especially at sunset, close walk to coffee, breakfast and beach, minutes drive to the shops. Would 100% stay here again and have recommended it to many of my friends and family.

False advertisement on what we booked. We booked a 4 story villa with a roof top balcony and got a 2 story town house. Floor was filthy we had to mop when we arrived there due to our feet being filthy and a baby crawling around. When emailing the company about the wrong villa no solution or compensation was offered just an agreement in the false advertising. This was purchased for my husbands birthday, first Father’s Day and we were very disappointed for the money that was spent.

There are no curtains on the second and third bedrooms. They face east. This made for very early starts for very tired children.

Only negative (if I had to give one) would be 3 separate sets of stairs. Wasn't an issue for us however.

Beautifully furnished and equipped. Spacious and very clean and tidy. Location is amazing and walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
