    Suited our needs

The Linen on the beds was pretty average. We didn't see the rules about the rubbish ETC until it was too late

Location was good for us as we have family in Newcombe Street. Also, lovely & close to 'town' so could have a few drinks

Luckily the weather was exceptional and we enjoyed what Portarlington had to offer. Accommodation clean but just ok.

I was very disappointed that the pool was freezing cold and not heated as advertised in their opening advertisement. Normally not a big deal but I built this up for my grandchildren and we were going to have lots of fun in the pool. I tried contacting the real estate via phone and email. No answer. I’m aware that it was a long weekend but still it’s a bit disappointing. I eventually used one of the emergency numbers and sent a text. I received an apology and that someone was coming to fix it. We didn’t get to use this facility at all. I had two very upset children. I don’t feel that the advertisement portrayed the property correctly - mis advertising.

It accommodated my family very well. Close to town centre and beach.

Cute unit, but without easy access to the pool its over priced for what it is.

No fly screen on main bedroom window so was very stuffy in room unless you blast AC, we couldn't get access to the pool and there was no info about a pool key anywhere, we were only told about it after the fact. This was really disappointing as our main reason for booking was the pool for our kids. Agent also didn't mention that it takes 7 days for them to return the $300 bond. Overall agents could do better to communicate these details prior to stay.

Location was good and there were lots of kids toys which was a sweet touch and the beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed as well, the owners have obviously put alot of thought into the set up. Its in a good location close to town and pier as well.
