The tram line and buses were right in front of the hotel which were a noise I was not used to. Sleeping was easier once they finished for the night.

The location near the hospital and other shops and facilities was just what I needed.

The apartment was a bit dark, smelly bathroom & broken toilet seat & missing TV remote. Having stayed before, and we were told this was an upgrade, we would have preferred to stay in the same room as our previous stay where everything was fine.

Would have been handy to have some cutlery for eating take out or Uber Eat deliveries. also, a microwave would be handy. I was here on conference so to have some basic cooking and eating utensils would have been great.

The bathroom had a sensor light/fan and no proper light switch to leave on. The TV was a smart tv apparently but only buttons on remote allowed tv programs only.

Great location and well equipped room for the price and size. Yes queen room is small and so is the bathroom but for a short stay where you are not on the room to often is great value. Pleasantly surprised and the balcony was a great bonus . Staff were very courteous and helpful

Problem with room rectified quickly and upgraded after two long stays here. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Clean laundry every day and Impressed with the Location and perfect for our needs and for Coogee and for trams and buses. Would definitely come back

The young lady at the front desk was an absolute star, she was so helpful, we came down for my son to have an interview at UNSW we arrived early and arranged for the cleaner (who was also great) to do our room so that we could check in early so that my son could prepare She also let us check out late so that my son could shower / change after his interview - I cannot praise her / thank her enough

Air con didn't work, though staff was aware and sorting it. But to be honest, it didn't really matter while I was there.

Hotel definitely seems more like 4* level than 3* (though I guess this is due to no breakfast provided). The room was super clean, modern and spacious with a big balcony. It was lovely! And the fact there is a guest kitchen with free teas and coffees is a real bonus, and supermarket / shops / light rail are all a stone's throw away. The staff was very helpful and friendly too. I actually cancelled my other accommodation for the following week so I can return to The Blenheim instead :)

The shower leaks a bit. Also, you don't have to change every towel every single day- it's not eco-friendly or sustainable :)

Excellent customer service, absurd number of pillows :D , good tea selection, extremely clean, and above all else, close to nature - quiet, walking distance form the beach and the coast walking trail, bats flying by the balcony at night!. Right next to the light rail stop.
