Maya met us on arrival and gave a quick walk through of the 3 bedroom house. She delivered some fresh baked cookies the next day which we greatly appreciated and ate for morning tea. The house is clean and within 5mns drive to the beautiful Bar Beach South. Highly recommend this house for a family stay.

The highway is loud when you're out the front, but you can't hear it inside and even in the backyard sitting area. It is only during the day

A beautifully styled property in a great location, easy walking distance to the boardwalk and great restaurants. Very thoughtful and accomodating hosts, arriving to homemade muffins, helping us with early check in to accomodate baby naps and mailing left behind items. Got everything you could need in a lovely homely set up- highly recommend!

It is on highway but noise wasn’t too bad.

Shower water pressure could be stronger and expect some traffic noise from the main road but this did not detract from enjoying our stay.

Great location; walking distance to shops, supermarket and restaurants. A large TV included Netflix. Bonus of off street parking and backyard court area for storing our bikes. The cycleway from Narooma to Dalmeny return is at your doorstep and was great! We saw lots of whales close by! Host Maya met us with yummy muffins!

The property is a quaint cottage which is very comfortable. Maya was fantastic. She had freshly cooked muffins for our arrival and chocolates. Maya and John were the perfect hosts, with excellent communication and helping out at all stages of the booking. Highly recommend

The location was great close to everything. The hosts were awesome, Maya made muffins for our arrival. We had an issue with the TV and John fixed it straight away. Nothing was a problem for them.

Beautiful older style house in an excellent position.So clean & comfortable with heating in every room.Kitchen is well stocked with all requirements,most comfortable beds you will find anywhere.Greeted on arrival by owner Maya with warm fresh cooked muffins.Reasonable rates for the quality of the accommodation.I recommend this property with genuine pleasure.Already booked for next year's lawn bowls carnival.Thank you Maya & John

There was nothing wrong.

The Boathouse is a gorgeous little cottage and the owners are a lovely couple who made everything from the start of the booking stage to leaving a wonderful experience. Maya and John will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The Boathouse may not be a posh hotel... It's better!! It's comfortable, a short walk to all amenities, across the road from the beach and a place you can feel comfortable like your in your own home. Having a young child it's hard to find somewhere you can relax but The Boathouse is this place. If your considering staying in Narooma try to book this place, it has everything you need. ☺️

Great beach cottage close to all amenities. Plenty of off street parking. Lots of attention to small details which made for a comfortable stay. John & Maya were fantastic hosts, good communication and responsive to needs. Beautiful touches such as fresh flowers and home baked treats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
