Noise from club one floor below till 1pm avoid Friday and Saturday nights partying

First time a pod hotel Ok Need to have a torch to find controls or can use mobile light I would do it again Avoid Fridays and Saturday as club below has noise until 1pm

Firm beds and the stairs getting up into the Capsule were so noisy.

Well located in Sydney, close to Chinatown and other major attractions. Public transport nearby. Friendly staff.

The mattress is thin, so can feel the base because it's thin. If they doubled the mattress topper would be perfect. Its manageable but could definitely be thicker. However the other capsule hotel is the same from memory, so what do u do???

Nice and cool temperature aircon. Nice bathroom and toilet. Aircon in capsule, so you can get your own perfect temperature.

Everything is good or reasonable good. The price is a bit high, but the with the location and convenience, it is still acceptable.

I stayed in the deluxe rooms, only the bottom row. When you lay down you feel the floor beneath you, which makes sleeping less comfortable. Also my locker made a lot of noise, so it wasn’t a good idea to open it in the middle of the night.

It was a really good location, everything was nearby. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the rooms were good. I would recommend some ear plugs, if your a light sleeper

Capsule doors pretty loud so I did wake a few times during the night. Main issue with the capsule was the super thin mattress - you can feel the bottom of the capsule through it so pretty uncomfortable.

Nice to have a bit of privacy, the capsule was a bit of an upgrade from a hostel bed. Lighting and air con controls in each capsule. Showers and toilets were clean.

Bed was fine enough, but if you're older or have a bad back I'd think you wouldn't be very comfortable. Could be a little cleaner, but fine enough for a short stay.

Location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to cheap, reliable public transport to see most major attractions and it's easy enough to reach large venues (Accor etc). Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Staying in the capsule was a bit of a novelty!

The bed was very thin, one of my showers was cold after waiting for it to heat up for almost 10 mins, and my bed on the top bunk was right beneath the ceiling light, so the light shone through the plastic all night even when all my lights were off in my pod. There was also only one working toilet for the entire floor and most times I needed the bathroom I had to wait.

The lift was out of service for longer hours than we expect and the reception couldn't provide us a certain time when it could be fixed, but I get it that wasn't your fault, just quite disappointing.

The lights in the capsule that around some of the buttons don't turn off, even when the capsule isn't powered and they're pretty bright when you're trying to sleep. I hung stuff over them to block it out. There is also a gap above the capsule door where light comes in and same issue. You can also hear your capsule neighbours very well when they come back at 1am bashing into things. Next time I'm coming with a sleep mask and earplugs.

Love the location! Could not get more convenient being so close to the train station and the shops, and the tram line! And it's surrounded by so many good places to eat! Staff were super friendly. Capsules were a good size and the pillow and blanket was very comfortable. Mattress a bit firm but overall tolerable. Its also high enough up that you don't hear the city noise. I'll definitely stay here next time.

No air conditioning. Capsule door was jammed/slanted slightly outwards. Charging/light box was damaged and would come off. No TV. Wifi was crap at times. Shower hot water didn’t work on some showers.

1.Sometimes there are not hot water can take a bath😑 2. The capsule are a little old so some of these were broken 😑 3. A toilet in fifth floor was broken so only one toilet in the fifth floor is not convenient 😑

The location is very nice, near a lot of attractions and landscapes. ✌️ Also there are lot of food and shops .🤤
