Nothing, it really was a gem.

We loved everything. Lovely warm, friendly welcome when we arrived. The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely. So nicely furnished. Very comfy beds and a very comfy futon in the lounge room. The carport was a blessing because it was pouring with rain. The pool ,tennis court, fire pit area and bbq area all looked very inviting. We’ll definitely stay again.

Hard mattress Lack of privacy in bathroom

The spa. Best bath I've ever soaked in. Although the bathroom is situated where people have access to pass by right next to where the spa is. If you value your privacy DO NOT open your window and keep your blinds down The spa suite was soooo spacious and luxurious. A huge bed, comfy, although I found the mattress a bit hard. The robe was handy and comfy after getting out of the massive spa. Definitely room for two in the spa. There is a roomy outdoor area that is private with a hammock. The pool area is amazing. I had it to myself most of the time. Beautiful pool. Big comfy padded day lounges. So tranquil Chontelle the manager is lovely. On arrival I was told to my pleasure I had been upgraded to the spa room Soooooo happy I was. It's such an amazing space Yamba is beautiful 😍 Quick 2 minute drive to town centre or 10-15 minute walk Short 5 minute, if that, drive to all the amazing beaches ⛱️ The Indian Restaurant. Yummy. I had a delicious meal. Netflix in the room So convenient located to everything Yamba has to offer, whether in foot, by car or bike, although you're better off driving to the beaches cause there's big hills to get to them Great coffee at caperberry Cafe The sunrise at the little look out point around from Convent Beach was spectacular 👌 😍

Air con was noisy so we turned it off.

Wonderful staff and excellent facilities. Rooms had a coastal decor which added to the beach vacation feel. The love put into the place by the managers was very obvious. Chontelle had some great advice for local eating places and sightseeing options.

The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to the town and also to the beaches. It is just across the road from the river where the footpath runs all the way to both. It was a quiet and comfortable room and the owners were very friendly. The pool area looked very nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. We enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely nothing to dislike here.

This place was wonderful we would have been happy to stay longer. We were welcomed at check-in with lots of information about the area, places to eat, things to do etc. We've stayed in several places with self check-in on this trip and while they were fine, nothing beats the personal touch offered here. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, there was a very nice BBQ area, a tennis court, a lovely pool with sun loungers (towels provided in rooms) and even a fire pit. Good location close to the water.

Staff were very friendly. Great kitchen facilities in 2 bedroom unit. Very comfortable, roomy, light and nicely decorated. BBQ and firepit area looked very enticing.

Car port parking is a little tight to load/unload kids but there’s plenty of Soave to pull the car up in front of the carport.

Great stay. Friendly staff were able to facilitate a late check out for a morning trip to the beach with no fuss.

There was no mini bar??? Not enough coffee pods for the machine. 2 only. I don’t quite understand why I had to wash dishes before leaving in the morning, my room wasn’t that cheap.

Our room was lovely with little extras, but more coffee pods needed.

Great property. Spacious and stylish apartments. Spotlessly clean with well functioning AC. Just a short walk from the centre of Yamba. Lovely communal areas with well maintained grounds, a lovely pool and tennis courts with free equipment.
