Could have had a few more coffee pods. The salt and pepper shakers didn't work. There could have been a few more little dishes for nibbles. Otherwise - great, the milk frother was a bonus.

Beautifully designed, well thought out - with excellent finishing touches. Super comfortable and immaculately clean. Great location and parking, straight forward process. Thank you.

The body wash provided was nearly empty so we had to ration it.

It smelt amazing and clean on arrival. The bed was SO comfortable and the overall vibe of the place was one of a kind. The temperature inside was also comfortable for the duration of our stay and we didn’t require to use the air con or heater at anytime. Checking in and out was easy and hassle-free.

Not really walking distance to Ballarat attractions or dining, but generally visitors to Ballarat will have a car anyway and the property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood

No complaints, the accommodation could not be faulted.

The breakfast was continental style with all needs supplied and fresh ingredients. The facilities were first rate, and a desirable place to stay. unfortunately one night was not enough.

Toilet floor slippery when wet. Must be really careful.

Very clear instructions on self check-in. Very classy place. Clean, spacious, modern. Well stocked with every amenity imaginable including great TV with cable and Netflix.

Unfortunately communication on details to check in went missing. While we understand mix ups like this can sometimes happen, it was frustrating and a little stressful to have to try several times to try and get a response over the day we were booked in about specific address details and check in procedure. Breakfast provisions need to be checked more carefully. Fortunately, we had butter with us for our toast but none was left out (we later found some tucked away in a cardboard box up on a shelf).

It was very comfortable. Great shower and if you needed to do laundry would have been very handy. Lovely little courtyard seating area.

The property was awesome so nice and quite large inside doesn’t look that big from inside but wow what a surprise. So clean and the bed was comfortable and a great shower. Loved the decor wish we could have stayed another night but when I booked I couldn’t only get the one night but would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. It is a little bit from the main centre to walk but Ubers were so quick and u were there in no time so you could go in town and have a drink. Thanks for a great stay.

A great place to stay as a couple wanting to escape the big city vibe. The history of the place is great and the renovations to make the venue a livable space are amazing. Definitely recommend!
