We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about our 2 night stay in the deluxe king room was spectacular! Beautiful luxurious and spacious room, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and great location. Restaurant was great and staff were friendly. We were hesitant that it might be noisy being above a club but we didn’t hear a thing. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

AustraliaThe bed wasn’t very comfortable with big indents from frequent use. The street light was unfortunately directly outside my window and shined into the room making it hard to get the room dark enough for me to sleep. Also the hum from the mini fridge running was also usually loud, which kept me awake longer than usual. The lift and stairs also mean that anyone accessing the clubhouse could also access the guest suites if they were included, and I didn’t realise the door didn’t fully shut/lock behind me once leaving my room exposed. The door needed a very firm push/pull to ensure it was well closed
The location is great, it’s easy to access the guest suits & local amenities. The extra touches like the water bottles and cookies was also nice. Very modern and clean, daily housekeeping and the lift all made it easy and accessible.

The location and the quality of the room. The meal in the hotel dining room was great and the tasting of wines is an excellent idea. The lift made all the difference because I personally don’t manage stairs well.

AustraliaWifi very unstable and kept dropping out. Although there was a chromecast on the TV it was impossible to stream anything on the TV due to the poor wifi. This as the only negative point to the accommodation. Everything else was great.
Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and modern refurbishment. I was really impressed with the quality of the accommodation.
