The airconditioner blew staright onto the bed - maybe this was a user error A bath would have been a great addition. Would have been good to have access to Movies etc,

Had a fantastic stay, only not long enough. Great location and close to somemany attractions. I loved you could walk to retaraunts as well.

The rooms are not soundproof. The sounds of planes taking off in the morning woke us up from 5am and was very loud and went on for hours. It was obvious there wasn't a lot done to the property in the way of noise cancelling from exterior noise. We could also hear the neighbours who arrived late with a lot of children screaming and running around, slamming doors and generally being disrespectful. We were asleep at the time they arrived. The children in the morning were running up and down the stairs slamming doors and we were woken up by them. The doors should have an anti-slamming device for slow closure. Perhaps also remind latecomers to be aware of their neighbours who are trying to enjoy their stay, relaxing and/or sleeping. A notice should be put somewhere in the room to remind vacationers that there are others next door who are paying to enjoy a quiet relaxing holiday. This put a huge dampener on our last day of our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, bright and welcoming. We loved the large comfy bed and a lovely view of the river. We were given a great recommendation for breakfast we were really happy about. We can't complaint about the wine, the location, the food or the accommodation, all were very pleasant, clean, neat and tidy.

Power dip during night brought emergency light on waking us up which was annoying but not the property’s fault.

Beautiful vineyard and river around the property. Ability to walk to their restaurants for meals. Great location to access Swan Valley

The restaurant food was very nice. The brewery evening menu is average. Lamb chops $$30++ basic and expensive. Fish and chips also poor value.

The screen door on the unit should have a lock. The fridge, while very small, had too many mini bar items in it.

The bed. It didn’t initially feel uncomfortable but through the night, both my husband and I had aches through our body from it and couldn’t sleep restfully as a result. Not the accommodations fault or in any control, but the planes flying over were very loud and continuous for several hours

The wind blew in dead leaves from outside into the room. It was quite chilly and especially dirty for my toddler to roam around in the room.

Location was very convenient and close to many places. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Interior of room is beautifully designed.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, so for us the positives were primarily sentimental. Location is beautiful and quite idyllic, but the actual rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear a pin drop, noisy guests, predominantly coming back from a wedding and you are directly under a flight path, but it didn’t bother us too much. Housekeeping staff were amazing!! Very attentive and helpful. Restaurant / room service staff were lovely as well.

Loved being able to work from the accomodation to the winery, brewery and other food and beverage venues. The outlook from the balcony on to the grass and river is great. The interior is beautiful.

On Booking.com the booking is for The Colony at Mandoon, doesnt say that it is the MAYA MAYA accommodation. When looking for check info etc it would be nice to know

10 am check out felt early. Cleaning staff were waiting outside door over 30 mins before. Noisy. Felt pressured to leave.
