You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaNo lift and a bit of miscommunication meant bags were carried unnecessary up three flights of stairs. The shower is over the bath and there are no grip rails to assist entering or exiting. The shower curtain rod was rusty and the bathroom showed signs of age.
Location location location.... An amazing spot with views that go on forever. The room was large, with a balcony to enjoy the views. Staff were helpful, after being booked into the third floor but the room was not ready. No lift, so a staff member assisted with carrying one of our bags to the second floor, after making the trek to the top floor. The room was quite with only a small amount of street lighting intruding around the blinds.

AustraliaKids room should be open longer. We left for attractions and it was closed in the morning and when we got back it was closed for children. There was no body wash, it was body lotion in the shower and that was empty anyway.
Location Bouncing castle for kids (though it was a pity we couldn't use it for very long. The days were spent on attractions and by the time we got back it was only open for about 20min each night so the kids were disappointed about that.

AustraliaWe really wanted an early checkin as we were guests at a wedding that started at 2.30 and thought it would be a bit tight to get there. It was. We nearly didn't make it. It was disappointing that our request couldn't be accommodated.
We didn't see any breakfast facilities and the bistro was closed so we went to a local Cafe for breakfast.

AustraliaI would have liked to have stayed near the carpark as I had to leave my car in the street.
The location is right in Cowes. We were delayed and we were advised the reception area would be closed by the time we arrived. The reservations person sent us details on how to obtain our room key which was so simple. The stay was just for one night, Phillip Island offers so much to see and now we will have to come back and of course, we will be staying at the North Pier Hotel.
