Very small room, bathroom is a module so shower sprays over toilet, maybe I don't go to big cities enough but it seemed very expensive for what it was. I didn't mind no lifts but be aware if you have mobility issues that you may have to climb stairs. no bar fridge or kettle in room - there was a coffee station on lower floor but machines stopped working intermittently. The bed was super soft and saggy which some might love but it gave me a sore back and I'm normally not bothered by the type of bed.

Location was very central and handy to supermarket and hyde park - so great location. Housekeeping were very thorough and left extras at the door even when 'do not disturb' was on. It was very clean and housekeeping did a great job.

The staircase to get to level 2 with large suitcases. The bathroom walls were translucent and could see in.

Easy to find from Town Hall station. Nice pub with hotel upstairs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Ensuite bathroom, very small, & badly appointed .. Step in not a standard riser size , & accordingly a bit dangerous, especially for older people. No lift , so again, not elderly friendly..

Excellent location, comfortable bed , basically quiet .. Great T.V screen for W . C Rugby on Stan . Meals good for price .

I didn't read the information, I missed no lift. No big deal, may bag was taken up 2 flights to my room. I was very grateful.

Great location, comfortable bed with own bathroom. I was able tp leave my bag before check in time of 3pm. Free tea and coffee on the landing. Easy key drop box express checkout.

2 flights of stairs, we had to carry our heavy luggage up and down. Rooms are not sound proof and one evening we could hear everything in the room next door. Bed was firmer than we would have liked. Not worth the price for the facilities available but possibly based on the location.

Room was simple and tidy, housekeeping daily if we wanted it. Location was great, very close to town hall station and light rail.

Our room had a slight smell due to the aircon! That is the only critique. Hallway floors a bit uneven sometimes!

The bed linen was unusual in that the duvet seemed to be in between two sheets, there was no closing part so it kept coming out and the sheet underneath also kept coming free on the mattress. There was no milk in the coffee machine in the corridor.

There is no lift so carrying my luggage up two flights of stairs was a bit of a mission but I managed and that would be my only complaint.

I was a in two minds about staying here as I wasn't sure about staying above a hotel/pub, however, I was most impressed with the look and feel of the room. It was modern, fresh and clean. The bedding was comfortable and of good quality and it's in a great location. Good value for money!

I was running in the Half Marathon and asked for a late check out of 11am. My partner went back to the room while I was still running just after 10am and the keycard would not work.
