We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaMy partner and I had a lovely stay at the Falls for our Anniversary. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating and our cottage was so cute, private and cosy with everything you need. The breakfast supplied is great with a large variety to choose from and freshly baked bread and croissants. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kondalilla falls and a short drive to Montville town centre. The cottage was extremely tidy and organised and the fireplace was even set up for us on arrival. Would highly recommend The Falls accommodation, you will not be disappointed!

AustraliaWe had a wonderful time staying at The Falls Montville for our honeymoon. Alan and Aryna are lovely hosts and they made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the spa, amazing breakfast provisions and daily fresh pastries! Our cabin looked over the valley and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the cows and taking in the country air. We highly recommend The Falls for a long or short stay, just brilliant! The Wifi was also really great for those who like staying connected.

AustraliaMy hubby and I recently stayed at The Falls for our anniversary and absolutely love it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the beautiful hosts Alan & Ayrena. Such a lovely couple who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Alan was full of conversation & recommendations for us to fill in our time in the beautiful town and surrounds. The little cottage was exactly the blissful, beautiful & quiet getaway we were hoping for. Every little detail was perfectly thought of including complimentary chocolates & a generously prepared breakfast basket to start our days...we were even surprised with delicious fresh baked crossiants & Danishes every morning. This was our first visit to The Falls, but it definitely won't be our last. We can't wait to go back.

AustraliaAttitude of Owner/Manager......kept wanting to making sure we were out by the (required) "Check Out Time" to cater for the next Guests & was rude to my Partner in this regard......BBQ did not work (so we could not cook dinner as planned), DVD did not work.......No Assistance with handling luggage etc. (considering access to each cottage is Very Steep & Very Very Challenging unless you are "Super Fit")

Australia-Being accused via email, (and only after-the-fact) of “gunking up” their spa bath filter even though we only had 3 spas over 4 days and only used the bath gel provided by staff. -Getting charged $135 on top of the $1200+ without a courtesy email as to why, but it turns out it was because there were a handful of rose petals on floor (from when I moved the vase off the table) and a sink of dishes left (where does the $330 a night go if not to a basic clean at the end of a 4 night stay?) Double standards to penalise guests for not cleaning for them when there was literally mould growing in the shower silicone. -The Jekyll and Hyde behaviour of management. Calm, restful, non-eventful stay. There were friendly chats and what posed as genuine hospitality.. followed by a rather immature and rude email from Alan politely asked about mystery extra $135 charge. (We were thinking it could have been a technology mistake) Perhaps the persnickety and unprofessional behaviour of management was a symptom of desperation during Covid season?? Or some other personal emotional turmoil?? I couldn’t say, but we certainly didn’t appreciate it. We will certainly not go back because of it. With so many beautiful options in both the Sunshine and Gold Coast hinterlands, I suggest to any prospective guests to carefully consider before spending your money here.

AustraliaThe owner came to the door one afternoon and came in and turned our internet off and demanded that we do not use netflix as it was apparently affecting everyone else;s internet. But as we paid more money for our accomodation then others and as netflix automatically showed up on our tv, it seemed that we should have been able to use it.

AustraliaWe really enjoyed our stay at the falls montville. Our cottage was peaceful and very relaxing. The fridge was full of local produce for us to use, the delivery of fresh pastries each morning was a delight. The cottage was clean and we'll presented. The hosts were exceptionally friendly welcoming. The only downfall was no wifi at the time of our stay although it was nice to take the opportunity to switch off.
The peace and tranquility the cottage offers along with spa and fireplace it was just magnificent.
