Tv reception was a bit sketchy. Didn’t see the dog everyone talks about but not a real issue!!

The cars of the host starting in the morning woke us up as they are parked next to the accommodation.

Nothing really. The property was exceptional.

Owner was accomodating and friendly and helpful. The place is amazing if you want to spend a quiet time with friends and family, plus the yummy fresh bread milk and fruit juice.

There wasn’t a bread knife to cut the bread which made it difficult using a normal knife. There was one extra blanket for 2 beds.

Beautiful country charm, peaceful, very homey. Great continental breakfast with fresh bread, juice and milk. Well lit up for a late arrival.

We loved the place. It was tranquil and cosy. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was great. - All your basics provided for, so there was something for everyone. The weather was lovely so we could sit outside in the front area and enjoy looking over the garden and farmland.

Beautiful peaceful & quiet setting close to Rye & the hot springs and Gunnamata Beach. Very comfortable. Friendly host (& lovely dog & magpies). Kids playground paradise. Lovely breakfast & loaf of bread left for guests. Very generous!

That the one bathroom was an ensuite and the second bed was in what should have been a lounge area. This nice little cottage would do just as well as a one bedroom as he location was beautiful and quiet.

Staying too few days. 4 days was barely enough time to see all the great things the Peninsula has to offer. Ritchie's IGA at Dromana is a must visit for all the providore supplies you could possibly need to make your stay memorable.

Fingal Farm is centrally located and an easy drive to the bay beaches or the back beaches, the Spa, Brewery, numerous wineries, townships of Sorrento, Portsea, Rosebud, Dromana or Flinders. Murray and Mel are great hosts, replacing all towels, providing a fresh new artisan loaf and topping up the fresh OJ, milk condiments, teas and ground coffee daily. The cottage accommodation incl. 2 Queen beds is very comfortable and quiet. There's also an Awesome shower.

A little dated, and the cleaner might take a look at the bathroom ceiling.

The cottage was peaceful and welcoming, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast perfect for us. We loved that we were the only guests and felt very private.

A very well maintained little cottage with lovely view of the garden and a lovely magpie family who greeted us with song in the morning. Fresh bread, preserves and coffee and juice was provided for the morning.
