You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe checkin lady was off putting as she had a don't care attitude when we spoke to her about the poor signage coming off the spirit of tas. We and at least 2 other cars were blocked by a dead in road with no clear directions as to how to get to the hotel. This is important for people seeking accommodation straight off the boat.

AustraliaMy ONLY complaint about this Hotel ( and it really isn't a complaint) was that the onsite Restaurant had a buffet. We stayed on a Saturday night and the line up just to get into the Restaurant was extremely long. So long that we decided to eat else where. In fairness to the premises we could have had a meal delivered via room service, if we so desired.
The bed was super comfortable, in my opinion.
