The apartment feels a little dated, but still comfortable.

The onsite amenities are plentiful, there's a reasonably sized swimming pool to chill off, with some deck chairs. A couple of restaurants and a pub on site. Lots of places to eat within a short walk. There is a gym for those trying to keep up with the exercises, but why should you ? Take a nice jog or walk alongside the waterway ! There's also a nice playground for those with young kids in the park just across the road. Pelican feeding is just across the road that occurs everyday at 1:30pm at Charis Seafood !

There wasn't anything to complain about ,except for poor signage as to how to get into the reception.Its in a back street&was hard to find!

The plug didn't fit the kitchen sink so couldn't do dishes properly, no exhaust fan in the bathroom meant it became musty after using the shower, too much light coming into the main bedroom meant 5am wakeups! Also couldn't access other floors using the fob so visiting friends on other levels was difficult.

Great view with a enclosed balcony, quiet location, very clean, nice big living space, comfortable for a family of 4.

On Friday and Saturday nights, noise from patrons leaving the hotel could be heard at all hours even with all doors shut (yelling, whistling etc). Traffic was quite loud as well. No curtains/blinds in the living room area, only concertina doors on balcony (which were very hard to move) offered reprieve from the light during the day.

Good location - near beaches, great seafood shop nearby and restaurants located underneath apartments. Room was modern and clean, had everything we needed to make meals in our room. View was great.

a couple of things could really improve the experience. Have someone on site so there isn’t a drama finding information or requiring assistance. The power point in the kitchen is falling off please fix before someone gets electrocuted. please have more that one garbage bag for a nine day stay. we asked the cleaners and was told you don’t supply. Changing towels was good but just a few little things like the garbage bags and dish washing detergents would be a good idea.

apartment was large needs some maintenance work particularly the PowerPoints are needing replacement. The apartment is old but tidy and very clean. spa pool and facilities were excellent.

Sadly there was a lot of road noise and noise from the venues downstairs. The noise wasn't too bad during the week, besides the road noise, but Friday the music was crystal clear even with ear plugs. Minor - The treadmill belt is also too loose so can't run on it and the gym is a bit old. But minor issues. My friend stayed in the room with two single beds, one was very hard and she struggled to sleep but thankfully the other one was better.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Main bed was comfortable. Great views. Great parking and great location.

We checked in outside of reception hours and as such were only provided with one access key for our stay. (Reception closed lunch Saturday and all day Sunday). This made is a little difficult to move around the complex as everything needed the access key, so we had to stay together. Would have been good to provide additional keys as the booking was for 3 adults.

Great location overlooking the water. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Great, well maintained facilities with plenty of parking.

It seems stingy to skimp.on stuff like 1 skin lotion and shampoo, no rubbish bags, for an apartment when people are flying in and can't bring much luggage. How much extra would it cost to supply a bit more. The info in the room said these were available at a small cost from reception but when i went and asked i wasnt offered the opportunity to purchase which I would have been happy with. Reception is barely even there in the weekend at the busiest time.

The pool, balcony and view were 5 star. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was good.

The bed was absolutely terrible. It was more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The pool was cold as the pool heater wasn’t working, so we couldn’t swim when it’s supposed to be a resort. Also the cigarette smoke coming from room 1201 was really off putting.

I didn’t like the huge amount of instructions to get the key, nor the fact that they operated with a reception like an hotel, taking a card hold that I would only knew about because they called me and got the hold back 30 days later after they mentioned 5. Also the day after I got the key (after reading pages of instructions) I was asked to check in with forms of ID, credit card, etc. First time I had to do that in a Booking.com reservation. Anyways, I can bare with that, although a heads up before booking the place and organice my time and card holds for a moth would have even nice. Also as a recommendation, if you are actually operating as an hotel, not just for the billing and customer compliance part; then some smiling and be more attentive to chat about my stay (e.g. I was new in GC and didn’t know where to go yet) would have been nice. I’m sure you are safe and effective with billing processes, as an hotelier I know that part is important but comes as well by the hand of good quality service.

Good space in the apartment, good quality facilities. I used the gym and the pool as well and quite enjoyed them.

Nothing significant. There is need for deep cleaning in living side as most of tables(side tables and coffee) and table lamps were bit dusty.

Apartment with spacious kitchen, living area and rooms with comfortable beds. Facilities are of high quality incl swimming pool, gym, steam/sauna. Highly recommend the place if you are going with family.

The place is nice & cozy. Suitable for family. Fully equipped gym, pool, steam room. The staff are friendly, will definitely book here again.

Dirty, outdated, apartment that needs alot of TLC. Workman and construction noise from the pool upgrade which was never advised prior to booking/stay. Meant workman forever using the lifts and rude comments from them because we were on holidays. Definitely not value for money. Paying for the view.

No basic supplies for short term stay. Such as washing dishes or clothes, that have been supplied by other holiday places.

The Apartments are beautiful very comfortable, the bathroom shower had mould growing and the bathroom drawers where very dirty so I couldn't use them, apart from that the establishment is lovely and the location is fantastic.

The apartment was very spacious and the bus stop directly out the front was very handy.
