Bed and pillows really comfortable - pillows are often questionable. Kitchen facilities excellent if needed.

didn’t see any staff the entire weekend worlds worst designed bathroom, which also had the exhaust fan (very loud) come on every time you switched the bathroom light on, very annoying during the night room lights were in motion sensors, so working at the desk the light kept going off every 10 -15 minutes and you had to wave your arms around to get the light to come back on aircon was very hard to get right and there was no window, only a bolted door to the front porch smart Tv had the worst remote ever seen, after 2 days I still couldn’t change the volume, every time I tried it muted, absolutely stupid not smart

One light switch for the room was outside the door. Entry to room was in a darkened alcove with no easy accessible light source. Wildlife present in the roof and scurrying around all night (most likely a possum) Double bed had a valley in the middle which required mountaineering equipment to escape.

Weird. Contactless hotel. Did not meet any reception committee. Checked in/out and stayed without contact. Received SMS with pin code to get keys. Hard to find room. Lucky some other guests could assist.

Our bed was broken. Missing a mid support leg on one side so it dipped to that side, I spent most of the night waking up as I rolled off. It is an older property so I was dismayed but unsurprised the room smelled moldy. The walls are paper thin, heard people coming and going all night, talking and going up and down the stairs as well as snoring from the other rooms. As I said, it's an older porperty so probably not much do be done about that.

The check in/out service was very easy. Completely automated and well explained.

Lights timers were really quick and quite annoying at times mostly when taking shower and using the toilet even when we’re unpacking our stuff I have to constantly turn the switch off and count 1-10 then turn it back on. Lampshades were a bit dusty. The provided wifi password doesn’t even work even on our first time use of the facility few months ago.

Love the location, quite and peaceful at night, most of what you need are provided. Facility is clean in general.

Room light didn't work, used the lamp so it was ok. The room was very dusty though, don't think the corners have seen a vacuum in years.

You get what you pay for here, well priced backpacker style accom in a cool building. Bed was comfy.

The tap connected to the toilet leaked and the black connector on the pipe leaked when the toilet was flushed. This was Bathroom #39. I informed one of the housekeepers.

The location. Pretty close to town and Mount Panorama. Plus it has a laundry and kitchenette.
