Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location close to everything, beautiful furnishings, very clean with personal service. Nothing was too much trouble. We received an upgrade & late check out. We can’t wait to go back!

AustraliaOur stay was Great, We checked in on the evening, we paid in Full, had a great stay until we checked out the following morning and we’re chased down on Little Collins St and asked to return to reception. When we fronted up we were asked for an extra $17.00 as the night staff hadn’t charged us enough ! Pretty poor I thought asking us back for another payment of a miserable $17.00 when it wasn’t our mistake and we’d been checked out, I’ve been in business for 29 years and wouldn’t dare ask a customer for another payment after they’ve payed !

AustraliaWhen you flushed the toilet the mechanism would get stuck so water kept flowing. the light switches weren’t super responsive, they were press and needed to press a few times. they don’t actively check shower gel or shampoo levels and my shower gel was empty. the lifts were super slow and took ages to arrive, and it would lift the experience if the staff had their own. lift just to free up use. the curtain in the room don’t come together perfectly so the light filled the room quite early. i do believe the rooms are extremely comfortable.
The rooms were well laid out. Rooms on the lt collins street side were super light. the old windows were beautiful. great temperature control in the rooms. bathroom was really well laid out. quite small rooms but didn’t feel it at all. no weird lights or distractions from appliances in the room. the bed was extremely comfortable and i had great sleeps. the room was beautifully decorated and noise proofed couldn’t hear other guests. you can hear street noise but its the middle of the city - was to be expected.great value for money.
