I had to bump into local drunks when I drove into the car park in and out because there is a hotel pub right next to it The drunk, presumably local lady, screamed out at me, "Look at that Asian! I can't speak English!!! Well. I don't think I will ever come back to this place because of the drunks everywhere near the hotel. It would be much nicer if there was a bedside table lamp but no biggy. Or some chair and tabel for the kitchen. I'm wondering why the bathroom is so huge and there is no sitting area for the dining, considering the kitchen is well set up. The TV in the room is awkwardly positioned , it is in the very top corner in the room. The toster and kettle were sitting too high on the shelf within PowerPoint next to it. Very awkward position to have power point.

Clean facilities and pretty much everything was in the room, so it would have been good for long-term staying, as well as there was an induction cook top in the little kitchen. It is well set up. A good part of the location is walking about a museum to look at just around the corner and a nice little walk to the side road, and you ended up somewhere tropical. It's a very spacious bathroom. I've never been in considering in a single bedroom. It was nearly bigger than the actual room.

Parking can be an issue.

On arrival I was shown a room that was not what I expected and realised I needed to upgrade , the Staff were very helpful and there was no issues, I was very thankful for their understanding and assistance. I will stay again in the future. Highy reccomend.

Location of the room, behind the cellar down a hallway with beer kegs running down. The lock system on the door, couldn't open the door quickly. This room is set up for disability, not even a hook to hang in the bathroom for a towel. A piece of timber in the window frame for security so it doesn't open from the outside. Lack of parking for accommodation customers.

Location, centralised in the middle of town. The bed was comfortable.

Need a sign saying in room.hot plates are not connected. A microwave in the space provided would be great. The provided toaster may be more likely to cause late night emergency evacuation alarms. Some rooms are ducted a/c and do not have air con control in room. If this is important, ask for a room with split system. Internal rooms may be quieter.if needed. Not sure if they have skylights.

Well renovated- modern, clean facilities with traditional character retained. Friendly helpful staff. Earplugs provided in noisy rooms. Ask for a quieter room on booking recommended. Complimentary local bottled water and nice toiletries supplied on wall to minimise waste.

The room I was on had no bedside lamps other than that everything was else was great

Was in the heart of town. The most delicious Barramundi. Complements to the Chef. It was a Sunday so there was free live music,very enjoyable.

TV was hung on side wall making it impossible to watch from bed. No side lights or bedside lamps so had to have bright ceiling light or pitch black.

located in centre of town but not noisy. grand old hotel. Rooms and whole of accommodation area recently updated. to a high standard. Fairly compact rooms, but functional. Very comfortable bed. Thick sheets. Good option of duvet or light blanket. Modern ensuite bathroom. Good meal choices in hotel downstairs.

Balcony room overlooking car park, noisy vent or kitchen extractor fan right next to room. We didn’t end up using balcony. I feel this should be mentioned when checking in and option to have a normal room. Obviously owners know about this as there are earplugs on the room..

Beautifully renovated, all the creature comforts and friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed and lovely little kitchenette.

Nothing really. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp but we understand that because of the age of the building the wiring isn’t there. A very minor issue!
