Customer service

The customer service was a definite highlight for me especially when we had an emergency and ended up leaving our previously booked accommodation. We called up the emergency Line at midnight And spoke to an amazing lady named cass who was accommodating and made our stressful night just a little better. Whenever we had an issue, she always answered the calls and she was friendly, courteous and professional. Also, the cleaning staff were wonderful to deal with. They always go past extras if we asked for it and the room was very clean and better than I expected.

Driving in the beautiful colour pallette soothes after a long drive. The room is large, with everything we needed for our stay. Super comfortable beds, snazzy bathroom with a rain head shower and delicious Leif products, and plenty of space to tuck things away and relax. The pool felt like I’d flown to an island party with cool tunes and colourful birds in surrounding trees. The pool house looks inviting with a log fire and the Cantina was visited many times by my little man. What a selection! The wonderful staff were so accommodating and friendly and made me feel like a queen. Thank you for a wonderful break. Definitely coming back!

Nothing not to like.

I have stayed at the Isla about 6 times now. It is clean and has fresh decor after a complete renovation of the site about 2 years ago. The styling is simple and functional with a well applied touch of style. Check-in is generally electronic and you get a PIN code for the door. This has been great for the times when I have arrived into Batemans Bay late, when most motel receptions would be closed. The “Cantina” has sparkling and still water on tap and a vending machine for pretty well any travel necessity you could need. There’s even a very well stocked drinks vending machine with a great collection of soft and not so soft drinks and snacks.

Incredibly comfortable beds, and cute design! Really nice coffee capsules and teas were provided as well. Nice varied appliances and little outdoor patio. Quite a good location, walkable to cafes and a lookout point - in the heat it is nice to be able to drive to other areas. Would absolutely stay again

Water from shower would spread a bit as no curtain/door

Rooms were immaculate, large comfy bed, lovely pool area, little kitchen area with cold and hot water taps, ice machine and vending machines, great tea and coffee selection in the room, location was nice and quiet as well!

Bed was soft but not supportive at all.

Hotel was simple and easy to check-in. Facilities were fantastic. Room design and layout was fresh and clean. Pool was heated.

On line check in system was laborious especially when travelling. Receiving 7 emails from the property within 2 hours was extreme.

Sweet little boutique property. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and walking across to the great park and beach across the road. It was all fresh and new, the room was lovely and clean.

Was a bit caught off guard by the Ev charger as we picked this place cause we thought we could charge it overnight. We are a new tesla owner so we're still understanding more about Ev chargers etc. Maybe on the information website, if there were clearer instructions what type of adapter is needed etc. would be awesome 😎 but otherwise we just went to town to charge it for a fee.

Amazing, clean and big room! There's alot of tea and coffee choices which for me was a highlight as I love drinking tea. The room was so aesthetic and modern. The shampoo and shower bottles looked so well designed. I found that the information book was probably the most detailed and helpful I've seen in a hotel/accommodation. Super handy and gives you a sneak peak into the ins and outs of the area. We will definitely come back here again. I also love the app interface. We got all updates via phone 📱 and wow it was probably the smoothest experience I've had. The fact the tv had Google Chromecast was amazing!! Genuinely an excellent touch!
