We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThis is not or should not be advertised as a hotel!! I stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping done at all!! When I brought it up it sounded that I should have put a card ( which was not available in my room) on my door to get housekeeping!! There was a quarter of a toilet paper roll in my bathroom and I checked in for 4 nights! I had to go find some paper and buy some tissue for myself… Rooms are very noisy and if you want a good nights rest after a busy day not the right choice as the noise from the bar and the music will not let you sleep… Tired and poorly kept room and bathroom in particular.. Oh and pls be prepared to hassle yr luggage by yourself up the windy stairs too.. Would never recommend anyone to stay there

Booked this place as it was close to the airport after travelling for 24hrs from UK and wanted to recharge before going to Sydney for the weekend. Honestly cannot fault anything about it.

AustraliaOnly complaint I would have is upon check in it was confusing as to where to actually go- the 3 young girls at the desk took their time to notice me standing there waiting and were quite unprofessional arguing over who ‘had’ to take me up to my room and grab the key to show me. I get it I was young once too but do your job lmao. A lot of doors and stairs to go through to get to the room so would be great if there was an elevator or someone to help take your heavy luggage up for you!
Old rustic property however the rooms have been renovated beautifully. Massive shower, bed and all you needed for a one night stay that’s close to the airport.
