The tv didn’t work and the iron was burnt and unusable but the room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived at room, the beds were not made up. Given the money charged here the room should have been ready

Room was simple and good for our one night stay. Good mini kitchen and appliances, comfortable room space. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bistro at the hotel next door is always good for dining, which is why we choose to stay here.

Reception in a bottle shop was a little confusing.

A good location for visitors to Albion Park. Having a hotel / motel arrangement made meeting and dining very easy and convenient.

Just 1 issue that needs to be addressed the shower taps handles get caught around the shower hose and the water temperature can scald the disabled person and should there be a temperature regulator valve on the shower water I am not disabled but my mother is and she burnt herself

Next to my distant family that I needed to visit and so close to food just what we needed when we were over driving And the 1 amazing staff member was awesome

Bathroom was OK, functional. Could do with an upgrade. Fan doesn't work in there and cannot open window very much.

Hidden charges for a childs cot on top of an already high rate for 2 nights. Not a fan of check in through the bottle shop, found the staff member unfriendly. passive aggressive language used for guest information posters in the room. Stained towel. Bit noisy due to nearby road.

Convenient access to HARS museum and tourist drive. The pub was great with friendly staff and good food. The water pressure in the shower was good and big TV was a nice touch.

As it’s on the main road, the traffic can be a little bit noisy.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Food at the pub was good and we enjoyed our dinner & show. An option for breakfast the next morning would have been great.

I thought check in at the bottle shop was a little average. And I didn’t know about the security deposit, you should make that clearer.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the traffic. If I had of put put the air conditioner on it probably would have drowned out the noise.

Except for the noise of the traffic, I loved everything about this property. There was a bistro on the premises so we didn’t have to go anywhere for tea. The staff were super friendly and the property was great value for money.

Good position. Room next to the highway but could not hear traffic noise. Room clean and bed comfy. Everything you needed for a short break. Bistro very good.

A little road noise the room/bed were fine just a couple of hot nights . . on the main Maccas access road so had to be watchful for traffic

The first priority for us as family was to stay somewhere clean while it fits within our budget. We were assigned two rooms that could join with a secure two layered door in between. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities needed. We were pleased to stay here. It was easy to check in and check out. It is also close to McDonald's, so we could buy kids some meal as we arrived later in the night.
