Would have liked to be able to extend checkout time. A little more kids food options for the buffet dinner.

Lovely stay. Room was perfect, comfortable and clean and the facilities were fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and no queues at checkin or dining. Pool and spa were lovely. Ability to use facilities after checkout was great.

We would have used the sauna however we couldn’t do as a couple, so we didn’t use that facility. We are both fitness/ gym people but unfortunately hotel gym facilities are at best just adequate. Would have liked a harbour view…but unfortunately all booked.

Two things were a slight disappointment. On return from a long day of walking and sightseeing at around 2.45pm, our room had not been serviced. All we wanted to do was have a quiet cup of tea and some privacy, but had to call housekeeping for a quick service and replacements of tea etc. In such a hotel this is not good enough. The trend to large shampoos/body wash etc is fine, but a small cake of real soap is 'de rigeur' in other similar hotels - we don't use body wash. Another phone call righted the situation with a small cake of lovely Diptyque soap.....

Beautiful small hotel with all the bells and whistles. The pool (indoor and heated) has a wonderful 'starlit' ceiling, and is fabulous in winter (it is however in need of repair/rejuvenation, tiles missing etc). The rooms are a pure delight, large and very well appointed. Everything is there and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was much improved since last visit.

Location is very convinient, walking distance to major hubs. Staff were very friendly and considering we had a little child, everyone was very helpful. Room was very clean and nice with a nice view to the harbour.

I loved staying at The Langham. it was my first time and I chose a King Superior with city view. such a beautiful room. I love the elegance and the femininity of this hotel. I’m not a massive fan of the contemporary, minimal style of hotel. My room had lovely furniture and art and was spotless. There is so much detail in the prepping of the room down to the iron in the wardrobe being inside it’s own bag. $700 is the most I’ve ever paid to stay in a hotel but it was a treat to myself. 💕💕💕💕💕

The beds are always extremely comfortable. The bath tubs are a delight, I always enjoy a good soak, and then stepping into a fluffy white robe. The beautiful dispersed fragrance throughout the hotel. The beautiful young French Doorman and the wonderful cocktail makers in the Observatory bar.  The ease of just venturing downstairs to the day spa in your robe and slippers. Lobster Monday is also a wonderful bonus.

It’s hard to think of anything to improve- it was fantastic!

The attention to detail in presentation of the rooms and the hotel in general were fantastic. Equipped with modern facilities and luxurious finishes- it was fantastic. The staff were always excellent and helpful. A very enjoyable experience.

check in wasn’t fantastic and unfortunately we weren’t warned on check in that there was about to be 50 people taking over the bar. If we’d been told, we would have had a drink before heading up to our room. It had been a long day of travelling from interstate and we were dying for a quiet glass of bubbles in the bar.

Fantastic location for walking into the Rocks, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Lovely boutique hotel.

It is expensive and has dropped the standard a little since covid and the parking fees were huge! Definitely park elsewhere

Expresso machine made cold coffee. A bit of a wait on luggage being brought up as we were heading out for dinner and I had to go and locate it to get ready which was annoying especially as it had been there since 10am check . I prefer the 2pm check in to avoid rushing to get ready to go out.

Excellent location staff were great facilities great. Pool and sauna great. Check in great quick and easy.

Dog accommodation fee is excessive at $120 per night. I was unaware of the fee at the time of booking so this was a surprise cost.

Gorgeous, dog friendly hotel. Loved that I could enjoy with my whole family, including fur baby. Amazing location, close to Barangaroo, The Rocks, Circular Quay. Good facilities specially heated pool that my daughter loved. Would love to stay again!
