A light awaited as I got closer to the property and what a wonderful place to stay. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Parking is in front and I always felt safe. The place was beyond spotless. Wonderful towels. The kitchen was also amazing and extras were provided. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good.

The breakfast provided was great and what we expected and the location of the property was within walking distance of everything we needed. The property was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed as it is fully self contained. Great shower water pressure, comfy couch and even more comfortable bed. TV had great reception with Netflix and a couple of other subscription channels which made for cosy nights in.

If I have to think of one improvement it was that a lot of the surfaces were filled with Knick knacks, which we put to one side so we could use the surface but then found it hard to remember where they all lived. Apologies if they didn’t get returned to their original position. The kitchen was also tight but had everything you need and perfectly good for just us two on a short stay.

It was as expected, very clean, comfy, all the facilities you needed. I thought it was really lovely that Heidi supplied a litre of fresh milk, a cob loaf of fresh bread, butter and a variety of spreads. These extra treats were very much appreciated. Good location, we walked into town most days & nights. It was also extremely quiet at night which my light sleeping partner appreciated greatly.

Overall the Studio Apartment had almost everything you needed. Depending on how long you stay, it might be nice to a clothes Airer to hang beach towels etc.

The Studio Apartment is a very quaint & cosy, well appointed with a very comfortable bed, with a nice view, you could drive or walk to things which was good. The people in the township are very friendly & welcoming. Overall a nice place to stay & explore the Limestone Coast. The Hosts are great & easy to communicate with.

This place was an excellent find! The room is very comfortable and offers everything necessary for a delightful stay. The continental breakfast offered was a very nice touch. We loved the assorted jams and bread. Milk and butter were also available. The hosts went above and beyond in ensuring the room was well stocked during our stay. The location was perfect and it was quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of hot day, and a couple of cold windy days. When it got cold, we stayed chilling and Netflixing. It was amazing! Highly recommend this place. It was so pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The bed is soft, various pillows available, shower is fine. I have nothing bad to say about the Palace.

There was no information left in the cottage, so we didn‘t realise it had wi-fi, which would have been useful.

The cottage is a self-contained, nicely renovated historic property. It was very comfortable and quiet, and the owner provided a continental breakfast.

Heidi is a fab host and was there to greet us. The apartment in this gorgeous spot is delightful. Walking distance to the sea, the pub which serves amazingly good food and great cafe. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed is so comfortable, the kitchen perfect for our needs. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This studio was welcoming to walk into after a long day of driving- cosy decor, comfortable bed, a TV that was simple to work, a generous breakfast. Within walking distance to the local hotel for an evening meal. It was just right for 2 people. Our Host Heidi was welcoming and helpful.

We were happy with property and the facilities it offered.

The location was good for us to use as a base to explore the Millicent - Beachport region if the SE in SA. The breakfast didn't match up to the Booking.com description. We have previously been spoilt in Tasmania and on KI. Overall the faciities were very good. Bed very comfortable. A quiet location within easy walking distance to the shops etc,
