There wasn’t much I didn’t like … except there was a bit of rubbish behind the couches etc ( beer bottle cap - 1/2 pkt mentos lollies - snack rubbish all not ours ) and no dishwashing liquid. It’s not a biggie but when you pay good money the expectation is up there. Returned from dinner and no parking spaces available had to find someone to see where we could park.

Small apartments. Very small bedroom. No room for suitcases. Wifi connection was average, could only connect one device. No air conditioning or ceiling fan in the bedroom. Had to use floor fan which could only be plugged in at the head of the bed and it was noisy.

The property is not ultra modern so if you're a hipster looking for art/architectural/interior decor instagram-worthiness then this isn't for you.

Probably the best location to stay in Perth. A short walk to Mends st restaurants. An great little 24 hour supermarket in Mends st too. Very clean and well presented. A short walk to the ferry if you wish to go to the CBD. Can highly recommend the Windsor hotel that is close by on Mends st too.

Room was rather dim, being bottom floor surrounded by buildings (no view). A lot of building work going on in South Perth during business hours can be noisy.

Fantastic location near all you'd need in South Perth. Ground floor apartment with small garden courtyard was secluded and relatively quiet. Simple but very functional room with comfortable firm bed. Decent sized fridge and useful kitchen facilities. Gated parking on sight out the back was available but tight.

Stayed as couple with sister-in-law. Probably having sister-in-law having to use ensuite in middle of night. A separate door to bathroom would be ideal in the 2 bedroom units.

Location - perfect. Having easy parking, having views of Perth from the foreshore, and a kitchen so we could heat our tea up from the local supermarket which has an amazing selection for evening meals.

Reception hours are a little limited, especially for an early morning taxi to the airport.

The apartment seemed dark and dingy on arrival, whereas a couple of lights on would’ve made all the difference. The cracked window! (Room 123)

Apartments are beginning to look a bit worn around the edges now. Hopefully a refurbishment isn't too long off.

The noise and debris from tree work close by daytimes during our whole stay. We had paid to upgrade to an apartment with outside space, but this was unusable due to noise and sawdust. We had to request housekeeping to clean up. More crockery would’ve been good, as three cereal bowls wasn’t really enough for breakfast when also having fruit. A few small things in the apartment needed attention and overall it seemed a little tired. There was a hole in the wall underneath the television, the net curtain at the outside door couldn’t be drawn properly because the rod was missing and some of the bathroom floor tiles were chipped.

Well equipped apartment, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. Good powerful shower with a hand held shower head. We were given free use of a room on our departure day, but this came too late to make up for our disturbed stay, sadly.
