Location is close to eateries, bus stop and wharf. Close to Restaurants and cafes. Izzac recommended the sunset cruise, it was lovely. Must try is the Rice Boi and Flo's Creperie both at the wharf.

The furniture is one of few improvement potentials. The beds are great and felt like good quality as did most of the furnishings, we found the day bed as a lounge very uncomfortable. However the space is limited and for the sake of extra sleep room we can appreciate the balance.

Location is wonderful, walking distance to everything or have meals delivered to your private roof top and stay in. Everything is close and Isaak the host was very helpful and really did more than expected during our stay. The rooftop is a great additional value add and very family friendly.

We loved the location of the penthouse. We received a bottle of wine on arrival- which was lovely. There were plenty of kitchen supplies such as coffee and pods, sugar, tea, glad wrap - which we didn't expect. There were 3 locations for tv and movies on the main floor and the penthouse roof top was also a wonderful space for a movie night. We loved the view on the rooftop also! The bathroom also had shampoo, conditioner and soaps which was generous. There were card games and video games to play. We could walk to the Mooloolaba strip and wharf with ease.

This is what accommodation should be like - comfortable with all the amenities you need, and then some. The small touches were much appreciated - kid appropriate plates and bowls, personal recommendations for where to eat - and communication was excellent throughout. The location was perfect for what we wanted with everything close by - the aquarium, multiple beaches, the wharf with great food options, plus all the local cafes and coffee shops. Wow, where do I even start? The Penthouse Mooloolaba was the absolute highlight of our trip! Nestled right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, the location couldn’t have been better. But honestly, with a place this cozy and luxurious, it was sometimes hard to even leave the penthouse! That private rooftop? Total game-changer. Morning coffees never felt so good. And evening chill-out sessions under the stars? Not to mention the outdoor cinema on the rooftop, simply an unforgettable experience. Spent alot of time relaxing here with some seafood & drinks. And let's talk about the kids - I've never seen them so engaged! Between the cool games and all the techy stuff, they were entertained for hours. It's not every day that you find a place that nails the balance between luxury for the adults and fun for the kids. Izzak, our host, was the cherry on top. Not only was he super welcoming, but his local recommendations were spot on. From quaint little cafes to fun family spots, he seemed to know all the best places in town. Honestly, if I could pick up my life and live in this penthouse, I would in a heartbeat. But until then, I’m already planning our next stay. If you’re considering a trip to the Sunshine Coast, trust me, book this place. You won't regret it.

The position of the property was amazing. The complex was extremely quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with every cooking appliance you could think of. The balcony was lovely with a nice sneaky view of the river. The beds were super comfortable. there was a washing machine and dryer which is always handy. Security screens to stop flies coming in. We bought our dog. There was no carpet anyway which is fantastic when you have a dog. He was very comfortable sitting on the Veranda looking down on people. the host was excellent. Communicated the whole way through. Gave us a late check out of two hours without any charge. I will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh yes, also very central walking distance to River and to beach. Next to service station. Also across the road from Subway Domino’s and heaps of different places you can get stuff to eat.

where do I begin! best place we’ve ever stayed on the sunny coast and I am a frequent visitor! perfect condition, every room was flawlessly clean on arrival. clear instructions and exceptional communication by a host who cares about your stay. thank you Issak! walked everywhere, spent so much time on the balcony on summer nights, the location and facilities are 5 star! so many games to choose from and comfy beds, the high tech lux was a huge bonus for us. couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Honestly the only thing i didnt like was the stairs

The apartment was fantastic, the amount of utensils and activities you had was the best i've seen by far. It was so close to everything we wanted to do that we walked everywhere and the rooftop was amazing.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! We were able to enjoy our trip away with our little furry friend as this accommodation is pet friendly. The host Izzak went up and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect, even recommending pet friendly beaches and restaurants for us to visit. The apartment was incredible and had everything you could have asked for and so much more. The private rooftop was absolutely amazing, we spent most of our time up there soaking up the sun, sea breeze and view. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and esplanade, wharf and surf club, there was even a little shopping complex with food stores next door. Overall, we could not fault our stay. We can't wait to book again!

- The location was great! within walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and beaches. - The building was quiet and easy parking. Although we didn’t use the car much as we didn’t have the need to as everything was so close. - The apartment was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. - It had everything we needed, the host even organised a high chair, cot and toys for our son for our stay. - Each bedroom and living has celling fans which made it very comfortable when it got a bit hot. We didn’t need to use the air conditioner. - Plenty of storage - If you have older children or a kid at heart there was also plenty of entertainment with 2 tvs and protector. There were also game consoles to use. - The roof top was great to just lounge around in the sun or have a few drinks and nibbles for the afternoon. - The host also gave recommendations on places to go for drinks, food and entertainment.

Only thing was the toilet seat was broken but told the Host and he was going to get it fixed.

The rooftop area was really cool we played some lawn bowls up there and had a few drinks it was great fun really good little spot. Izaac was very helpful and responsive. It was walking distance to everything we needed will definitely stay again.
