I feel it could have been a little cleaner - there was a lot of dust/dirt underneath and to the side of the beds as well as under the couch. Beneath the couch cushions also needed a vacuum.

We absolutely loved the view and the size of our 3 bedroom apartment. The laundry and kitchen were amazing with all the amenities that are needed for families - it was very well thought out and stocked with what we use (utensil wise) at home!! Hong and Lu were lovely to deal with 🙂 We would love to stay again!

Two Air conditioning not working , showers do not enough water pressure, clothes dryer not working properly keep turning off and hard to turn on, howling wind coming through gaps in main bedroom, cannot use cook top and oven and microwave together as they trip fuses, one of the aircon leak water onto bed in second bedroom Apartment needs upgrade on what I have mention especially for price.

Couldn't open/close all the blinds, doors to outside were hard to open/close, some kitchen cupboards and drawers wouldn't open/shut properly. The pool area was a bit dated but the spa was lovely.

The views were amazing and we really enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the location directly on the beach was great. We were in a 3 bed apartment, number 38.

The balcony and lounge area were very small, and the sofa was EXTREMELY uncomfortable to sit on. The table tennis/pool room needs doing up and the bats and balls had been broken. The beds were a little on the hard side.

Loved that the apartments were right on the beach for easy access to it. The view up and down the Gold Coast from the balcony was amazing and we saw so many whales out in the water! Location was okay, not too long a walk into Surfer's Paradise.

not enough supplies for basic needs along our group stay, expensive, little steps up in bathroom and toilet are trip hazards, old building, old equipment (eg. Iron, ironing board), AC unit in one room didn’t work and made noises, bathrooms and toilets don’t have good ventilation, TV in master bedroom didn’t work, one bedside lamp in master bedroom didn’t work.

the location right at the edge of the beach, good swimming pool for kids, hot tub was great, near cafes, good backyard area.

The wifi wasn't great in the main bedroom but it didn't really bother us.

The apartment was huge, the view of Surfers to Coolangatta from every apartment window was incredible and the staff were very helpful. The apartment was self serviced, so we did have to buy our own washing powder and cleaning products, Our washing machine in the apartment wasn't working one day and the property manager replaced it the very next day which was amazing! The beach is also literally at the doorstep of the building! The location was convenient by car, probably less convenient by foot but we didn't walk anywhere so it didn't really matter. There is a great coffee shop in the hotel next door which was great to get coffee from too. It was an amazing stay overall and we will definitely be back again!

no flyscreens made me nervous with small kids , also the chlorine in the pool was intense!

The view and location were perfect. Absolutely no need for expensive transfers or coach trips to theme parks, the trams and buses were so close and ran very regularly. The value for money for our family of 8 was next to none. we could even make a ‘nursery’ for the baby cot in the walk in wardrobe!

Listing said extra large double bed which I think normally means a King. It was only a queen. Bed linen needs updating. No restaurants close by. Overall stay was great.

Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable stay and great view right on the beach. It will be fantastic when the path along the beach is finished. Would stay again.
