I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, stayed in a couple of the different rooms, but both balcony suites I have stayed had a fusty smell in them, both bathrooms did which affected the whole room. the water pressure on the showers aren't the best and in one balcony suite the shower sprayed onto the tiled floor which caused me to slip. luckily I didn't fully go over.

staff are very good and polite and helpful, location is good, easy parking, good that there's is a laundry facility on site. beds are very comfy. some rooms are definitely better than others

Location is a bit difficult for those wanting to access public transport. Not many shops or cafes around. Restaurant located on property is expensive with limited menu. My room had a bit of wear and tear with scratches on bathroom door and some walls. The toiletries in the big bottles are eco friendly however may be difficult for small children, elderly people and people with physical disabilities to use ( have to squeeze hard).

Nice furnishings and eco friendly toiletries lovely views of the river and city lights. 24 hour Reception. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly and efficient. Nice big bath.

Dinner at Lamberts is quite expensive

Free parking is a huge bonus in the Brisbane City area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's and easy walk to the river. The food at Lamberts was lovely

The shuttle bus was not working, we understand why but we were looking forward to using this.

$19 for a Pint at their bar. That’s as expensive as I’ve ever seen in Australia! Lol. I have got a value out of telling people that though so swings and roundabouts.

Sadly the bar/dining area atop of the hotel was closed and it was raining so didn't get to enjoy many of the outdoor facilities. Exiting the parking area was confusing.

Loved the view of the river and city skyline. The room was decent size with a separate living and bedroom. A nice spot to base yourself to explore along the river.

Staff member was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The channel setup on both TVs was excellent! on one screen, all TV channels were listed with the corresponding access number. Very good for " out of towners'. Also, staff readily approved for me to collect my vehicle later in the day.

We felt for the price we were paying that the room we stayed in was not up to standard. There was lots of paint scratches on the bathroom door and some marks on the ceiling and also some patch marks on some walls. Our wifi didn’t connect well to the tv in the bedroom and kept glitching which was a bit frustrating.

This was our third stay at The Point and we love the location and the staff are fantastic, very friendly and happy to help. My husband absolutely loves the steak from Lamberts restaurant and I love that they cater for my Coeliac disease.

We had a room next to a busy road, and you do hear the traffic a bit, but it wasn´t disturbing to us. Breakfast is nice, but it´s à la carte, and you don´t have a lot of choice if you want to eat healty. Maybe a small buffet counter with some fresh fruits, yoghurts and cereals would be nice.

Nice hotel at a good location, close to the free city hopper which brings you across the river. The hotel also has it´s own complimentary parking. Very nice staff and great restaurant.

Food is pricy at $60 for a steak and not much variety I didn't like the consent-dripping of water that was going on in the bathroom which I think is the hot water system and also hard to know as a wall was screwed around it. The carpet was very smelly and was making me sick as it smelt like wet socks.
