Nothing, all fabulous

We were upgraded to a King Suite overlooking Fitzroy Street, really roomy, such a comfy bed, great facilities, lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If there was one thing to add (if anything) would be a little shelf to pop a make-up bag, toilet bag on - but that's it.

It was a little too warm. But we were able to open the patio doors and it corrected the temp.

It's a bit pricey.

Front desk and housekeeping staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and I'm usually quite picky when it comes to cleanliness.

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Prince. The check in was easy and the desk manager was super helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and very clean. The Bose speakers were a nice addition. We enjoyed a few wines at the Little Prince wine bar. We’ll definitely book here again. A great spot when attending a show at the Palais.

The bed was very uncomfortable large dip in the middle. Only 1 chair for the dinning table in a double room and no where to put your luggage other than the floor. Perhaps a couple of hooks in the bathroom wouldn't go astray either.

Great location, the staff were exceptional particularly in the bar and restaurant. The building was very well renovated.

The rooms have been nicely renovated and are pleasant and clean. Staff who came to clean were pleasant and di a good job. Bed and bedding very comfortable but our room had limited outside views which made it a bit claustrophobic. Best use has been used of small space. Some of the furniture in bedrooms and reception area were a little old or stained.

the Prince is right in the heart of St Kilda. It is a lovely art deco building and I very much enjoyed staring at the moulded ceiling in the bar. The events and public areas have been really nicely restored and are elegant and inviting , the garden area is central and the greenery can be seen elsewhere in the building Wine and food were great , staff lovely and it felt a bit like going down to the local pub. Sitting outside the pub in the sun on colder days was bonus.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We attended a wedding there and it was incredibly convenient to be staying in the same venue.

Charged us for a bottle of water we didn't take. We never use the Mimi bar so not sure if it hadn't been restocked from the previous people. But if that's the worst complaint then they are doing a great job.

Great place to stay. Around the corner from the espy and the beach and tram stop across the road. Will stay again for sure.

The event hall was booked out nearly every night with weddings and other late night events that could get a little noisy if your room is around the hall.

The LOCATION TOPS everything else that was also amazing about the hotel. Two main tram stations right at front, next to st Kilda beach had 2 restaurants 2 bars in the hotel. The room was so well equipped, It even have Sonos bluetooth speakers for music. Toiletries including bathrobes!

On entry walls all painted black making it quite dull could do with a bit of tlc as room carpet was badly stained in several places

Very quiet until 11:30am so great for a lay in. I love the Prince from way back so I have a massive soft spot for its retro bar. Great food, superb location.
