It doesn’t have anything I didn’t like about it except a little pricey.

The property is very modern, clean & comfortable. It’s situated near a private hospital & a medical centre but never heard any traffic going to or from. Staff are super friendly & always helpful.

The restaurant is closed. My husband was in Orange hospital. & I don't drive & was relying on eating at the restaurant as there is nothing around the hospital.

The location was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The buffet-style breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The staff were very helpful and were able to easily adjust my booking after my plans unexpectedly changed.

We were late for breakfast (my error with times; it said breakfasr untul 8.30) on our last morning (with a very frail Mum; staff could see this!). We ate toast. Mum had a little very cold scrambled egg (not at all comforting). Not friendly staff! I would have preferred to be told we were late (last 8.15 we arrived 8.19 am), & that there was no hot/it was now cold food etc. before we were ushered in. Once sat down, finding food & eating we felt unwelcome & pressured to 'hurry up', i.e. What you don't say I hear the loudest! Disappointing.

Reception staff all friendly. The young lady who our configured our room when we brought Mother back to stay was lovely. Couldn't do enough. Don't know her name. Deserves a mention for friendly professionalism and attention to detail doing her job. Room spacious, bathroom clean and beds comfy. Breakfast staff 2 mornings were extra friendly & helpful, food was good. The restaurant 1 night staff friendly, room service 1 night; tasty food.

Next time I will do my research better. Being vegan there was little we could eat, and the location was too far out of town. Ok if you have a reason to visit the hospital, as it's across the toad.

Price was a little steep for one night ($400+). Would love for it to be a little lower, especially during the rising costs of Sydney.

The breakast buffet was amazing and the spread was inclusive (with Gluten free options). Netflix was included in the in-room entertainment. The bathroom amenities were well stocked and great quality.

Hotel room keys gets de-activated every day and Waiting for the receptionist to come and sort out the deactivated key every day can be quite challenging. I highly recommend having a 24/7 business receptionist facility to address this issue efficiently.

It is in the health precinct, which might be useful for some, but was not needed for us. It was a bit of a distance from town centre. We missed breakfast because the restaurant closed before 8.30 am, which we thought was a bit odd. Reception gave us vouchers for the cafe nearby to get something but it was a bit inadequate as it was not the same as having the full breakfast that was included in our room price.

The rooms were very nice, as pictured. The hotel was relatively new and has a great bar and restaurant when it is open.
