The hotel isn’t cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for- no complaints at all!

The views from the room, the lobby and the restaurants were spectacular, looking right out across Melbourne. We even woke up literally in the clouds on the day we checked out, which was an incredible experience. The service from the staff was exceptional. They provided some much appreciated surprises for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and were always super helpful. The pool is also amazing, which a great view over the city and the bay.

Having to go up to the top floor to come down was a little bit odd but you soon get used to it.

The TV was huge and pulled out from the wall 65 inch but still wasn't a smart TV and I honestly can't think of anything else to complain about except obviously we emptied the mini bar and filled it from Coles over the Rd and when we ate there in the rom for lunch or early dinner it was uber LOL as the meals were a bit much for us I did have a lamb rack but wasn't that impressed but could of just been me

The room was on the 78th floor so you had to take the elevated up to the lobby on the 80th floor and the views were aw inspiring then because our rooms were special ones we had to take another elevated that only caters to the club suits we were on the 78 just under the penthouse the pool was on 64th floor and was open 24/7 and the water was great the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in my life it was like tying on a cloud in the sky we were meant to get up a few times but just couldn't get out of bed all electric blinds and curtains spa bath floor to ceiling windows probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in and we've stayed all over the world nothing like this before but was also the most expensive but was 3 days and a special event we were there for great hotel guy

The Ritz-Carlton was an absolutely delightful stay. Everything was immaculate, the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond for their guests. I definitely recommend checking out their spa. I look forward to coming in the very near future.

Would be awesome if these impeccable services and offering were half the price we paid, but this is top end luxury and i know quality costs money. As a special treat - you will n ot be disappointed.

Best breakfast in Melbourne. Treat yourself. The view, the food the service. Impossible to get any btter, just differrent.

I would have preferred the breakfast to have been a buffet but we were presented with a set menu to choose from.

The hotel remembered my partner and I’s anniversary and left a special note and sweet treat for us on check-in. The view from the room was exceptional and we had an incredible time there. The room itself was phenomenal!

Everything (food, drinks etc) is probably 20% more pricey that you’d expect from a 5* hotel. They’re adding a premium on a premium to everything

The views, room quality, freshness and amenities were all in point. Definitely try get a room with a view of the ocean.

There was a manager presence in the morning going from place to place. They seemed to be an unease within their presence. Staff in general didn’t seem as happy as with previous times
