Location was fantastic - right opposite the river, you could see people fishing in the evening and the morning. Being right next to the regional airport was amazing, the runway next to the accommodation is not open at night so it was very quiet and you wouldn't realise there was a small airport next to you if you didn't see it driving in. Great to have a lounge and full kitchen that you can use apart from the lovely room that we paid for.

It wasn't clear from the pictures that the property was so close to the road. What appeared to be the car parking area in the images was, in fact, the main road. It was however very quiet, so not an issue in the end.

located right next to the airport (didn't hear any planes though) with amazing views of the river. this new property hasn't built cheap - all fixtures, beds, lams, tv's, coffee machines, cups, bathrooms all fittings are top of the line. well set up and only being 6 rooms means you're not crowded. the rooms are huge with plenty of space and the bathroom is great too. lots of hot water, soft fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner all provided. loved my stay and would def recommend

The bed looked lovely and inviting, but it wasn’t comfortable at all. The pillows and mattress were too hard. It would have been good to have a choice of pillows on the bed like other places I have stayed. Sadly, I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. The bathroom had no shower screen.

The shared kitchen needs to be cleaned more frequently. Traffic noise can be a problem.

The room was large and spacious. The idea of the venue is good but it needs more care to make it enjoyable.

In a cold month, we found it difficult to heat our room, due to the large glass windows. The bathroom was also cold, with no heater, though the shower was excellent. A trip hazard was the step into the bathroom. The communal kitchen had good facilities, though the non stick pans were badly scratched. No vegetable knife was included in the cutlery drawer. Our room contained a desk and chair and one easy chair(two would have been nice). The lighting was rather dim, making it difficult to read. The bed lamps were too low in relation to bed, also making it difficult to read! In the teamaking cupboard, a selection of teas etc, but no English Breakfast. It was a very dark cupboard to work in( we used a torch!), and no tea towel. Occasionally we would get a whiff of fuel, from planes landing and taking off during the day. As noted before, an ideal place for summer and groups.

An interesting concept, with the accommodation adjacent to a seaplane hangar. Spacious room, if a little sparse, with good quality furniture. The advantage of a general living/dining room, with a communal kitchen was suitable for us, as the accommodation is several kms from town. A very quiet area at night, close to the river. The accommodation would be good in the summer, and for groups. It was an ideal spot to explore surrounding areas, e.g. Narooma, Mogo, Broulee and seaside villages. We enjoyed a lunch at The River Restaurant, Moruya, and called into Narooma Marina, and Boatshed at Tuross Head.

No flyscreens on the sliding door/window - several flies rushed in the minute the door was opened, and stayed the whole weekend. And it would have been useful to have a broom handy - the floor got quite 'crunchy' underfoot after the first day.

Quality appointments throughout, nothing cheap about the place. Communal lounge area with tables & chairs, lounge chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Only six apartments, so nice and quiet. Nice view of the Moruya River just across the road. Check-in was smooth, and SMS and email communication from the hosts was timely, clear and concise.

The hosts were so very kind. One of our group sprained her ankle while walking to the beach and the team called and checked in several times to make sure she had everything she needed. They were so thoughtful.

The timber floors and stairs made it noisy in the morning as a family had kids running around and up and down the stairs.
