The Seaside Cottage is a gorgeous place to stay, filled with little touches that make you feel right at home. The location is wonderful, with a gorgeous view of the water, and right next door to a lovely little cafe.

The Cottage is in a fantastic location. Cafe and restaurants all with in walking distance. The views were lovely. Clean gorgeous cottage and with a beautiful outdoor area as well. Good parking also available. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would ask for are some larger platters for food. Very minor point 😀

The cottage was comfy and old style, as well as being immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. We ate in for the 2 nights but enjoyed the delicious breakfasts of the little cafe right next door! It was very peaceful to be so close to the water and to be able to watch the sunset. It's just a delightful place to share time with friends in a leisurely laid back manner- loved it.

The cottage is really pretty, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge and dining rooms are charming. The cafe next door was perfect for breakfast and there are takeaway and dine in places within easy walking distance for lunches and dinners. Marg was an excellent host. We loved our neighbours, the Pelicans, and enjoyed wandering around the local area. Also, Westernport Bay and the Mornington Peninsula beaches were just a short drive away. It was perfect for a weekend retreat with my daughter and son in law. Thank you

Not enough toilets had to share one between two couples

Location was perfect close to water close to shops restraints etc. very clean and beds comfortable

if all bedrooms had queen beds, rooms are big enough to be all doubles, however one room had only single bed / set up as rumpus room. Very small 60lt hot water storage system, doesn't last long when there are 5 people in the house trying to shower in the mornings. only took 1/2 hr to reheat so not too bad, just a bit inconvenient.

Location was great, right next door to lovely cafe for breakfast, ice cream up the road for the kids. Loved the home itself, very comfortable.

The cottage was cosy and comfortable, there are toys for the kids to play with, a playground across the street, a café next door as well as a mini beach to enjoy the serenity. Marg was a great host, very kind and helpful.

The cottage is an old miners cottage that has been beautifully restored and is an absolute delight. A truly beautiful place. The host Marg is a kind,caring gem of a human being. A beautiful host who went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.

Marg was a great host. It was a lovely little cottage with a lot of charms, Cottage being directly in front of the water, playing ground for the kids and bbq with shade, it was very convenient. The place was clean and good good value for money.

One of the bedrooms which faces the road was a bit noisy due to some bikers gathering for some activities.

We love the comfortable bed and bedding, the authentic fireplace and the patio area with a fully equipped BBQ pit! We love that there were two kayaks for us to kayak literally at our doorstep.

The cottage is very pretty and has about everything i need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay- comfortable bed, warm shower, fire place, coffee machine with capsules, Netflix, oven and microwave etc. Surroundings were peaceful and quiet.

As promised by our friendly host, a cosy warm cottage that could accomodate two families with a cafe next door and foreshore playground across a quiet road! We didn’t need anything else and the kids were kept occupied with endless creative toys to explore!
