Room was a bit small but good. bathroom door needed some oil, bit noisy when opening it. Hot water takes awhile to come through, water pressure isn’t great. Some small touches needed: bedside lamps; a face washer. Be careful on the stairs on the way down, the 2nd bottom step slops backwards, tripped once down it.

Neither is a big issue, just feedback. Would be good to update the room service menu with kitchen opening hours; I rang up to order desert just after 8:30 but the kitchen was already closed and there really isn't other options around for food at that time. There is a note next to the shower saying the hot water takes a while to heat up, it took 15+ minutes to heat up (during winter stay)

Great option for business or leisure travel. Location was great with plenty of on-street parking, was very convenient to have the pub downstairs with good food options. Bed very comfortable and room good size with good desk / work space in the room. Old building beautifully renovated, friendly staff

Nice decor and lovely heritage feel, with a nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff and easy to check in. I think the electronic pin number doors for entering off the street and into the room are a great idea too.

There was no microwave which was disappointing as we were staying for 1 week. The room had no allocation to hang anything up. No full length mirror. Be prepared to hear the house music from the pub till they close.

Excellent location, Great size room. Bed was very comfy. Massive kitchen with washer/dryer. Very handy having the pub downstairs. Food was great. Had no issue with finding a parking spot.

The bathroom was less than average. Semi clean,there was hair in the shower. The water was spraying from the connection. the tap was turned off so tight when we turned it on and then it dripped all night.

the pub was great, the food and staff where also fantastic. The separate entrance to the accommodation was also nice.

Regardless of all the non-smoking signs, someone was smoking and that drifted into our room, which was very unpleasant.

WiFi was available but took some accessing. No code in the room. A second bedside light and another chair would have been appreciated.

Location was central and the room quiet.we travelled to Lismore Hotel kitchen was busy and cooked my steak perfectly. Excellent, clean and newly refurbished en suite.. Coffee and breakfast options were close by, literally next door or a short walk.

We stayed 2 nights and hung the "Make up our room sign" after the Friday night stay, obviously staff didnt work over this period as this was ignored.

We had a dinner with my clients and ordered scotch fillet stake which I always love to have. We ordered three and asked medium rare for three of us. To my disappointment they were all different meat that I used to have and they were all medium well done. They were still tasty and good but to me they were different meat - not scotch fillet and too much cooked. I was very disappointed.

The hotel is close to all the local shops. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and are really good value considering the location of the Hotel. We also decided to book a table at the restaurant downstairs. The meals were delicious and the wait staff were quick and friendly. We intend on staying at The Sherwood Hotel again when we return to Lismore in the future.

Bathroom rubbish bin not emptied from last guest. Need more body wash for showering (had two tubes of conditioner, maybe error in stocking)

Check in was by PIN provided by SMS when the room was ready. Location was very handy. Good room size and recently renovated.
