In room one which is a great size a bit of extra furniture would make boiling the kettle for that important cup of tea would be easier. Otherwise all good.

Great location for the airport and other attractions nearby. Nice old building with great restaurant on site. Though it is above a pub by about 9pm it was quiet.

Not the biggest deal, but an extra bin for the room besides the one in the bathroom would have been nice. and some plates and bowls for the room too.

We had an issue with our booking and it did not come through from Booking.com. The hotel was full but they let us stay in their 3 bedroom apartment for the same price as our booking. The staff were very helpful and sorted out our accommodation otherwise we would not had anywhere to stsy

The shower head wouldnt stay up, but its more a manufacturing fault than a blight on the premises.

Great central location for exploring the east side of Perth, the wine valley, Avon Valley and historical Guildford and Midland attractions. Good rooms with comfortable beds and facilities. In house entertainment food and bottleshop.

Noisy live music til late and could clearly hear someone on their mobile phone (I think in room next door) had it on loudspeaker and could have been on the balcony. At least 3 calls....one around 11pm, another around 2am and again at 5.15am! Bahhh! Was just unlucky I guess...

Enjoyed a good Roast evening meal there.....not breakfast.

Negotiating two flights of stairs with luggage was difficult but expected in an old pub.

The location was excellent. The room was small but comfortable and clean.

While the toilet was very big, it was also very cold in winter especially while showering. There was a smell of insecticide (baygon?) in the toilet.

Comfortable and cosy room with decent heating. Even though the train tracks were nearby, the room was well soundproofed and we could hardly hear the train. The room was well cleaned each day. Location was good - some food outlets were nearby, and easy driving access to the airport and swan valley.

Maybe the car parking, potholes everywhere. Maybe reserve car park spaces for hotel guess??

Communication regarding out-of-hours check-in was appalling. Sent several messages - no answer, several emails - no answer. Had to call a few times to get check-in instructions to the room. Will not choose it again if have to check in after hours.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable bed, modern and bid shower and in very good condition. No traffic noise. Close to the airport which was very important to us.
