Parking was tight, with multiple guests at the accommodation, some were very ignorant to the fact and made lots of noise in the kitchen when others were still sleeping at 6am. Had others try and come in to my room while sleeping. Bedside lamp and a TV remote would have been great.

The view was exceptional. Comfy beds and great showers. Easy directions to find the accommodation.

It did not have views from rooms as described and quite expensive. Broken pieces of window blinds not fixed. No fridge in rooms so you really have to be careful when booking this property. Ants on the floor in a broken hole in the wall. Not quite what it was described and you have to pay for WIFI which was just a sad case when describe as as WIFI in all rooms. It should be described as pay for WIFI.

It is a great little property. Clean but untidy with chairs all over and tables with markings not swept but great views from ONE SIDE ONLY.

The bed in the king room is quite hard. On our first visit we had difficulty finding our room. And most of the other guests were confused too.

The advertising was very vague that it was a shared accomodation. It was mentioned, but it was clear and we mistakenly thought he had our own area completely, or at least a room that had a private entrance, not having to walk through a share house. It was ok though, pretty much all we needed.

There were no power points in the bathroom or anywhere to put toiletries and clothing except on the floor. A stool or shelf would have been helpful. Very clean though.

Room a little sparse; i.e. no chair to sit on. Hope the noxious weeds in the garden (thistles) don’t spread to the protected rainforest.

Some of the furniture was a bit wobbly (stools) and chairs in the house area. Maybe a maintenance check might be in order before an accident may happen. We are nurses so always looking at the safety aspect.

We were initially given The Pantry booking, but found that we were upgraded. Thank goodness. Friends were staying at the house section and they later showed us the Pantry. It would have been good for kids, but we were so pleased to get the upgrade. So much room and we were able to spread out. Used the microwave for our breakfast. So much nicer. Thank you for the upgrade

There was a sensor light going on and off outside my room, my front door was glass and had no blind to make my room private, their was no remote controls to operate the air conditioning, lucky it was not to hot that night. The TV was a bit too small to enjoy. I could hear the guests in other rooms chatting until they went to sleep

There are two 'The Summits' in Atherton both listed in Twelfth Street and the numbering isn't clear so we initially went to the wrong address but after a phone call, we found the right place, up a dirt track and high on the hill with a beautiful view and privacy. We would have liked dining chairs to be able to eat around the table and there were only 4 chairs for the outside dining table.

A spacious unit which easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. Pricing was very reasonable.

The apartments are quite close together, so it can be a bit noisy. There was no blind for the front door, which meant everyone walking past could see where the bunkbeds (aka children) were sleeping.

This facility has a cute appeal and a lovely view. The apartment has all you need for a short stay with the family. The bathroom had separate toilet and shower facilities which is useful for a family. The apartment was tidy. The manager was friendly.

The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable.

Very clean. The shared areas were very spacious and the outside entertainment area was lovely with gorgeous views of the garden and Atherton.
