There was a smell in the room and the room was not super cleaned. As well I would have appreciate more choice for teas than just black tea.

Instant coffee or you are charged for a real coffee at breakfast... The carpet wasn't really vacuumed. Safe didn't work for the duration of the trip. AC noisy and occasionally tripped requiring resetting by the staff.

Loved the heritage room and building! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lux! Food for dinner and breakfast were also great. I'd definitely stay again.

The television did not work, it would not connect to wifi. Spent ages trying to sort it but gave up in the end. The room we stayed in had a neon flashing light in front and the blinds did not completely cover the ever changing neon flashes

I loved the old world charm of the hotel and its beautiful decor. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for an early check in so as not to have to drag our suitcases around and they were more than happy to let us as they were able to. Breakfast of Eggs Benedict, tea and coffee was a good breakfast.

Bathroom was not clean - had some stains on toilet and hair around the drain Not great instruction on where the check in was as signage showing reception had the door locked.

Lack of parking. This also impacted the convenience of check-in. Awkward taking luggage from street parking to the hotel. The 15 minute parking bays were occupied. The cleaning materials smell in the room.

Bathroom was a little dark. I had to apply my makeup by the window in the bedroom. Still, my eyes are 61 years old and not what they used to be😩.

It seemed odd that you had to buy a proper coffee with the breakfast, only being offered instant coffee with the deal. The design of the room we had the window was covered with a metal criss cross which meant the view of the river was only a peep.

The hotel gave us a very good breakfast on the terrace which was a nice place to sit. It was not a buffet style but you had a choice of one course. The room was very comfortable and the bath a pleasure. We had dinner in the hotel and it was delicious and very good value for money and a free drink was much appreciated.

Don't stay here if you have a car NO PARKING there is a car park 500 metres which is very expensive. If you arrive by taxi it's FANTASTIC 😍

Breakfast menu was pretty bland and without a lot of choice. Although what we got was yummy.

Staff were amazing so polite and very helpful, A+++. Very clean & modern room with a beautifully comfy bed. In the city and within walking distance to Elizabeth quay and other attractions.

Not much of a view from the room we had, but that wasn't really an issue.

Room was really big, nicely furnished and very clean. The hotel restaurant/cafe had a limited selection of breakfast food available with booking, but the food did taste nice. The location was very convenient to get around the city.

The bathroom is a bit dark because the tiles is black and the light is a dim light too. We end up not using the bath because the water coming out from the tap is brown and we notified the reception hotel upon check out. The sink pop up not working properly. The pork belly I ordered served too small for its price.... But overall stay was amazing.

We booked for 1 night stay (king bed size room) and the manager at the reception was pretty good and upgrade us to suite room. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. We enjoyed our dinner downstairs at the bar and had an amazing night with lovely music background.

Although the bathroom was accessible with non-slip treads, the one place the treads were missing was right where my husband had to stand for a shower. We brought along our own rubber mat so that was not a problem. A handrail on the wall for people with unsteady mobility would have been helpful.

Lovely accessible hotel for my husband who cannot walk very far and ample room for his mobility scooter in the room we had. The included breakfast was very tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
