The balconies were decommissioned during our stay, which was very disappointing. The rooms could be a little noisy, we were in an upstairs apartment but we could hear our neighbours occasionally.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, good location within port fairy close to all the shops and a short walk to the beach.

I wasn't confident that the door was locked but at least we had warning if someone came in as the stairs creaked. Not really an issue for us but others may complain. I would have liked a coaster so my drink didn't stick to the table.

The settee was not very comfortable, and the kitchen needs a light over the workspace.

The amount and type questions asked at the pre check in was very annoying and in some cases difficult to answer as they needed information about the drivers driving l licence including dob, licence number, expiring etc which assumed that the person who booked and paid for the property was the driver. As this wasn’t the case answers to early question and payment questions were about one person and the answers about the car and driving license were about a different person in the party, but that was the same only way I could complete the whole and very lengthy set of questions and get the key to get into the property. No human to talk to also made this extra stressful. If it wasn’t for the fact the property was good I wouldn’t want this hassle again.

Would be great to have a smart TV so you can access streaming services and/or chrome-cast from your device.

Comfy beds, plenty of room for a small family. Neat, tidy and clean. Great location - short walk to shops/cafes around town. Free car parking in a garage connected to the apartment.

The linens of the bed very tough and noisy if it soften will be nicer

Location is good very close to shops nearby, easy for walking to the wharf for to see the light house and beach. Bed is nice but the linen is softer will Be perfect. The room is very clean and has all utensils for family needs cooking and has Washing machine which very convenient. Will come back definitely .

No doona covers for the single beds just two flat sheets sandwiching the doonas which was a bit odd/uncomfortable. You can hear the guests in the neighbouring apartment very well, especially the bathroom fan is very loud

Good value, excellent location. Clean and well equipped including kitchen and bathroom essentials. Nice layout. Spacious. Nice balcony. Good internet and TV. Easy check in and out and friendly staff on site. I'd go back.

The apartment was very large but only had 1 double bed. We did know this when we booked and there was a lot of space. There was an extra charge for using the bedding provided for our daughter to either sleep on the sofa or in the bedroom.

The location was very convenient. Check in was very easy and the instructions provided were very clear on email. Check out via drop box also very easy. Parking also very handy and free.

Very minor issue but the above apartments floorboards were sqeaky so heard every movement, especially when they were up and about early in the morning
