Be mindful of having to carry luggage up/down stairs if elderly or have issues with stairs etc. Would have loved a fan in the downstairs room to circulate air as not hot enough to have a/c on.

Location in a beautiful village setting, walk to shops, restaurants, pub. Easy access to the highway and country-side. Property was immaculately clean, beds very comfy. Open to the public from 11am, so gives accommodation guests enough time to still have place to themselves in the morning and night. Cleanliness was 100%. The resident orange cat and dog, very affectionate!

Location was fantastic, so close to everything but felt a million miles away from it all. Highly recommend the Thai for dinner. Hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great, room was perfect and really comfortable. Shower was fantastic! Thank you so much again for a great stay!

I cannot think of anything we were not happy with

Off the highway but close to everywhere we needed to go. We have never been to Mudgeeraba before but after wandering around the town after dinner ( at an excellent Pub ) we will go back when we have more time and really explore the area.

The hosts, the amazing food, the boutique wines, the bedding, towels and furnishings were so comforting. Do stay for the high tea, such a delicious spread for half what you’d expect to pay for such decadence!

Everything was great

Thr location was so lovely, walking distance to whatever you need. The area was very safe, and thr people were so lovely. Richard was so accommodating. I was there for work so I'd leave very early and come home very late. I can't say with my hand on my heart that i loved coming home to my inviting space, because it was cosy and welcoming. I would fall into bed exhausted and it felt like a big così hug with the pillow, cushion and fluffy donna. Most of all i felt safe. I was a woman travelling alone and for me safely and cleanliness are so important, this accommodation met both my needs. I would highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

Liz and Rich are so good! Rich gave us a lot of suggestions of sightseeing around, it’s very helpful. The breakfast was amazing! Liz cooked for us and was delicious, we had breakfast at a beautiful room. Our room was railway room, was big enough for 3 of us, the room was with beautiful decoration, clean and quiet. highly recommend!

Can’t fault it!

Chef Rich’s breakfasts were excellent, with a different cooked element for each of our 4 day stay, plus a good selection of fruit, cereal and yogurt. Liz and Rich are very welcoming, and keen to make our stay enjoyable. This quaint heritage Queenslander accommodation is delightful and a good base for both the Gold Coast and Springbrook National Park.
