While the lock garage was a nice bonus, for the Prado it was a little tight but was still able to get the car in a make use of protecting the vehicle. Had I had a sedan or mid size vehicle, this would have been perfect. Not a criticism of the property, this is an observation only. Standard size Toyota Prado will fit, just a little tight.

This is our 3rd time in 20 years staying at The Villas Palm Cove. The unit was clean, well appointed with all that we needed for our 9 day stay. Comfortable lounge dining area, the master bedroom had an exceptionally comfortable bed, ample room in the wardrobe with cooling by fan and refrigerated air-conditioning throughout. Laundry facilities in the unit makes it extremely convenient for longer stays. The kitchen has everything you might need should you wish to cook and eat in. The private pool was clean and a fair size, sadly due to the cooler weather we only got to use the pool once. Extra bonus was the lock up garage.

Villa Needs a bit of a revamp. Outdoor area was only big enough to seat 6, but if the weather was good, we would’ve just sat around the pool

Happy with location. Kevin in the office was friendly and fabulous organising, canceling and changing our day tours. Complex was great. Four bedroom Villa was a little dated, but had everything we needed, especially the kitchen.

It was a little way back from Palm Cove, about a 15 minute walk, but considering the ease of access of the drive and the comfort and spaciousness of the home this was not a problem for us as there was nothing comparable closer to the beach .

You can never underestimate a comfortable bed and quiet air con. I didn't expect such a well thoughout layout, such comfort and ease of access by car.

The traffic noise was high because the unit was near a busy corner of the villas.

The private pool as part of the unit is very convenient., the unit was very clean and spacious.

Unfortunately the furniture is very dated and the lounge was way too soft, it felt like you might fall through it when you sat down. Pillows on the bed also way too soft (they had no substance at all) and I ended up with a sore neck. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the villas could definitely do with some TLC and a refresh.

The private pool in the villa was exceptional. Large, deep and very private. The villa was spacious and had a great full kitchen, which works for us travelling with young children. The centre manager was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, the location, facilities, the size, was so relaxing, I loved every minute of our stay, we actually didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be returning.

Unfortunately the traffic noise was bad on a couple of occasions due to location ( out of control of the accommodation ). Our beds were not great - this was a mutual thought of all 6 adults in our party. Our outdoor, undercover space was a little cramped for 6 adults and two children.

We had our own private pool which was very convenient, especially when travelling with young children. Kevin, the property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. Our location meant we were only 7 minutes walk to main street, and only 1 minute to bus stop into Cairns.

Not a lot not to like. We have stayed here before. If I was being picky, this villa did have a little bit of road noise. Not over the top but noticed the noise compared to the previous other villa we had stayed in. We will return again.

Having a private pool was great. Plenty of space and home comforts to make for a great place to stay. Villas have a full kitchen, laundry, private garage and a further bonus was the offer to put away our Coles delivery for when we arrived. Close enough to walk to the main strip of shops, cafes, resturants and bars. Returning guests and we will return again.
