Beautiful rooms, clean, lovely king bed that was a whole king size bed, not two beds pushed together covered with a sheet which is something annoying at other hotels. The Westin club breakfast was lovely. Lovely front of house staff and attentive valet. Beautiful fragrance throughout the hotel. Gym was well equipped and clean with a nice view.

fantastic location, easy walk to everything. The pool and gym are fantastic. The steam room is so amazing- it left me relaxed, glowing and rejuvenated. Staff are exceptional. We keep returning and will keep returning.

Lack of drawers in the cupboard,

Spacious room, clean, modern and very quiet, bathroom was well designed, location is central, only 15-minute walk to South Bank, and a lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff especially Taylor at the reception and we were able to check in early. Breakfast is comprehensive.

The staff at the breakfast section, Level 1 was rude. Obviously they treat customers differently based on skin colour.

Pillows were a bit big and hard but we did not ask if we could get replacements.

Rooms great, gym good and having access to steam room was appreciated. Very large bed, good facilities in the room. Bathroom also good with walk in shower and plenty of space. Room was also spacious and well equipped.

There was a horrible smell when you got out of the lift and all down the corridor on level 7, so they moved me to L4, and the same horrible smell, really strong and offensive . Also I did not have my tea coffee milk water replenished , on the first clean .

After washing my hair I found that the conditioner bottle was empty! A real horror for me with my hair. They have the bottles on the shower wall fixed instead of the individual bottles. I dont mind this at all - as long as the bottles have contents……! Other thing is lack of signage for the restaurant Settimo which is where breakfast is served too. I met several other people trying to find it too. Settimo by the way is a gorgeous Italian Restaurant where everything is homemade and delicious.

Twin queen river view room was lovely. Bathroom was up to date, clean and great looking. Beds were super comfy, including the pillows and the ambience was good. Appreciated the chaise chair in the room which was comfy and usable unlike many others. Overall the room was well put together and light and lovely. Amenities were good and the wardrobe cabinetry with built in fridge and drawers ect was so well put together. I loved the bar on the lobby along with the fact that they served food all day. The seating was comfortable and it had a lovely atmosphere with the doors fully open and the singer. Lots of people were just having a nice drink with friends in a busy, but calm environment. All the staff I met were lovely. Daniel, the Team leader ,in particular was very chatty and lovely.
