Sofa bed is horrible! I would have been better bringing a blow up mattress! Absolutely shocking.

Bit outdated, Constantly having to miss lifts due to staff and trolleys, the didn't even try to make room

There was no dish brush or pot scourer & not enough toilet paper rolls for a family of 4 for 4 nights.

Apartment was clean, spacious, towels are fluffy, bedding comfortable. Close to the beach, amenities - supermarket. Parking & entry to the hotel is secure. Kids loved the pool & slide - nice pool seating. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very outdated also the noise you can hear everything from the road outside we are deep sleepers but we were woken up from the cleaners trolleys going past in the mornings also the spa didn't work or have a plug the hot water was out for short period of time.

After spending the entire day at theme park, we came back to door unlocked (we didnt realize it didnt latch properly and/or we had to lock the door from outside with key) And the room was not serviced.

Rooms could do with some maintenance ie. non-slip strips on spa were worn, making the spa very slippery. Worn furniture, blinds etc. Pool was not maintained. Lacking sufficient bedding in room for number of booked guests. Was not informed about spare linen cupboard when checking in.

View of the beach and overlooking the pool was good. Location was perfect, walking distance to all ammenities and beach. Beds were comfortable and property was extremely good value for money. Would stay here again.

Old apartment, louvre doors gave you no privacy, lack of bedding eg only had a blanket and sheets, charged extra for parking, run down 70s vibe inside the apartment.

Kids not allowed to use the spa, I would have booked another property if I knew this was the case. Also, sticky teaspoons in the draw in the kitchenette and someone else’s rubbish left in the bathroom. Other than that, nice and comfortable bed

- Laundry wasn't that clean, lint and detergent left from previous guests - Apartment was slightly outdated and could have done with a new coat of paint. - Elevator was slightly janky but did the job - Step into the shower was really slippery and son fell down - ended up putting a towel on there to act as a buffer for the water as the shower/spa was really deep down in the room

- Staff were friendly. - Secure lockup garage for your car - All amenities were available - Bed was comfortable - Really close to centre of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything in and around Cavill Ave - View from floor was amazing - Pool was great including water slide for age appropriate kids - Roof top spa was good - Smoking area away from others

It looks a little run down but still pleasant to stay in. My partner slipped while he went into the spa bath because the safety strip for the step is gone ,didnt help there was bath lotion added to the bath that made it more of a hazard. The pool was closed and the smoking area was disguting. It wasnt cleaned and just wreaked of smoke & alchol , we went walking around looking at the facilities . Went for a spa on the rooftop and the water was cold and overflowed so we didnt stay for long, informed the staff and they got onto it.

Great location still so close to surfers paradise. I liked how easy and fast check in was and it waa only a $200 bond 👌. Our room was clean and tidy. Love how spacious the rooms are and our favourite part was our spa bath. Plenty of space and great water pressure. We also liked how there was fans and AC. We also love the view from the rooftop spa 😊

Next time I would request a higher floor unit the street noise was quite loud and traffic noise. The master bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't have a very good sleep. Other residents slam there doors through the night.

There isn't anything we didn't enjoy

Service was fantastic Receptionist rang to ask our check in time whilst we were travelling from Bundaberg. Service was with a smile. Fantastic value for money and larger then expected. Beds were comfy and enough space for five of us. Location was amazing Would book again

It needed up dating a little. It just looked like no one even went to clean up the pool area at night. The floor just needs a jet wash now and then and some TLC

The bed wasn't comfortable for us we do like a softer bed, but not the end of the world. The shower over the spa was difficult to get in and out of due to an injury but once again not a big deal we dealt with it.

We loved how close the apartment was to everything and how roomy the apartment was.

It was very clean for its age but the floors were a little bit slimy - it was a very wet weekend though so it may have been the humidity that didn’t help in this matter! The window had a leak but didn’t bother us.

The location was great, the price was great and the staff were lovely! She chose a top floor room for us which was nice. The rooftop spa is a lovely touch.

The $200 security bond (most places I've stayed recently just keep your card details on file to charge any damages to), the hot tub and vanity sink drained very slowly and the windows did open but not very much so you couldn't really get that sea breeze through the apartment. Also the hot tub pump is very noisy so you have to be mindful not to use it too late at night or you will disturb the neighbours.

Location is perfect, close to Cavill Ave and circle on Cavill which is handy for getting supplies for your stay. Room had a hot tub and Air Con with a full kitchen so we didn't have to order takeaway or eat out for every meal.
