A few more tea and coffee staples beyond the basic would have been appreciated.

The cooling in the house was amazing on a weekend of extreme heat. There was plenty of room and a lovely garden we would have enjoyed sitting in except for the heat. And only a short walk to the main street with great breakfasts available.

Was a bit dirty in places, but it is an older home so to be expected.

Great House was good for our family of 6. We stayed 6 days. Two bathrooms were great and had space for us all to co exist without killing each other!

The air con/heater was very noisy and we had to turn it off which made for two quite chilly evenings. One of the beds had one leg missing so we had to stack the bible under it

Walking distance to some great cafes and bars. Open fire was great at night with a glass of red. Great to have two bathrooms for the four of us to get ready in the morning. Loved the little wine cellar surprise. Great to have milk in the fridge ready for the morning cuppa.

quite tired and in need of a real spruce up. main bathroom shower head was tied on with string and silicone around shower was totally inadequate. furniture was quite ‘secondhand’ in appearance and style. very weird bar style dining table, when there is ample room for a proper table in the allocated space.

location to Tanunda township, great air cond and good working fireplace. good water pressure. very comfortable beds and ample linen and towels.

Not a lot to dislike, although the floors could use a few rugs to warm it up, and a much longer hall runner, it was on the pricey side for 1 night.

Tin house is in a really good location, walking distance to the Main Street. The house was large enough for us and the backyard would be a great area if you’d stayed more than 1 night

The place smelled like it hadn't been open for a while but a few hours of open doors and windows fixed that. Could use a nice large platter to do cheese and nibbles on, rather than the small ones there. One large cobweb to the right of the wardrobe in the front bedroom but that's being very picky as overall the cleanliness was top notch. The dog next door barked non stop when we sat out the back :(

There was pet hair on the floors and the glasses and mugs in the cupboards weren't clean ( residue I think from the dishwasher)

No locks on either bathroom, under furniture hadn’t been vacuumed. Some pillows were very flat and some beds had very rough sheets.

Location, well equiped kitchen, linen and towels provided. Towels were plush. House was nice and warm with the ducted reverse cycle.

The place was full of flies, uncomfortable kitchen setting,no comfortable outdoor furniture,no instructions to use washing machine,dryer,central heating and cooling,electric blanket switch in main bedroom in an awkward position as bed was placed wrong way and very dirty underneath.no bedside tables or lamps in front bedroom,no mirrors in any of the bedrooms,dryer filter was full of fluff not cleaned, clothes line was broken and wouldn’t wind down (too high),very old pegs and no washing basket to take the clothes out and there was only a bucket which was dirty,barbecue very old and rusty. The whole house inside and out need a lot of TLC and looked old and tired. The house was not welcoming and seemed unloved . Such a shame as the Tin House has so much potential.

Close to the township , public transport, house was quaint and roses beautiful. Good restaurants.
