The layout of the buildings so it was rare to see other people making you feel like you had the lake all to yourself.

If I had to find something that wasn't 100% ideal, it would be the bed. Not the worst but could've done with a little more cushion....just a little.

Beautiful, quiet location with beautiful scenery, access to walking trails and plenty of privacy. The staff were very friendly and inviting and the townhouse was lovely! There's nothing like waking up to the lake views with fog rolling across the water.

We loved the spaciousness and position of this townhouse apartment. Huge upstairs bedroom, lounge area and well equiped kitchen all with stunning lake views and private balconies. Excellent comfy bed, everything here was just superb.

The unit is a bit dated and the tiles on the lounge have no grout left in them. The bath was very small it looked bigger in the photos. There is a restaurant there that is advertised on the website. However it’s not open and apparently hasn’t been for quite some time. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew this. We had to leave to eat in the evening. So we were a bit disappointed.

The resort was advertised as having a restaurant, which it hasn't for 10 years apparently. Booking.com need to change this! We wanted a break from cooking & there were no restaurants nearby not requiring a drive. We came unprepared to cook for ourselves so were disappointed.

Stained towels, towels and pillowcases discoloured. Well set up for cooking but who wants to cook when on holidays. Had to drive a distance for a meal.

The accommodation was unfortunately very dirty it had not been properly cleaned from the last guests and in fact a pile of their dirty clothes were left on the floor in the main bedroom cupboard. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The main issue was the mould all over the artworks. Black mould was on all of the artworks as well as the lampshades, - the smell was a reflection of that mould damp, dank and dirty. Unfortunately it was so bad we had to purchase room freshener to use just to be able to stand the smell. The shelves were full of dust and the beadhead had insects and cobwebs on it. Overall the room had not been cleaned properly in a very long time and this made our stay unenjoyable. The screen doors were also damaged and missing their handles. Overall very disappointed for the money we paid. I would have asked for another room however this would have been pointless as reception advised they were booked out for the entire weekend upon our arrival.

One bedroom aircon wasn’t working and nothing was done about it when we told management. Was a heat wave and unable to sleep in the heat. No other room to change to and no discount offered. Very disappointing. Needs a good clean ants in cupboards. Food at restaurant was lovely but due to the long wait of nearly 2 hours it spoiled the experience.

Whole apartment needs a good clean and dust. Toaster had ants nest inside. Broken dinning chair. Leaking pipe under kitchen sink was reported on day one but nothing was ever done about it on our 5nigth stay. DVD’s weren’t working too scratched and old. Had Saturday night dinner at the restaurant. Food was lovely but nearly a two hour wait for food we were a large booking of people but it took way too long.

the bed was way to soft and hot but Kylie let us move to the other room with a harder bed but the air con didn’t work. lots light bulbs blown and the kitchen carving blunt and frying pan needs replacing as Teflon is not my flavour.. remote controls need batteries and some missing

the pool was clean and refreshing. lots of dvd’s and games to pick from and great walking areas for the dogs.

I think the only thing I can think of would be the TV. I feel like it needs to be updated to a smart TV to include Netflix or other channels, for families.

We stayed for an event that was hosted there. Rooms were easy to find, large, clean, had our own garage which was very convenient. Facilities were great. Loved how friendly and welcoming the owner was. Really made me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend. Good location.

No lake view. No allocated parking, ended up on street. Shower over the bath plus too high to get in & out of so downgraded to another room with no recompense. Mattress in original room cheap & uncomfortable. Over priced, not what it is perceived to be. Insufficient security, could only lock screen door.

View was terrible - no lake view, just a view of another unit (in which all you could hear is the occupants arguing, burping and farting very loudly). The bed was very uncomfortable.

The meal was amazing on the Saturday night - beautiful atmosphere, location and food. Room was well equipped and clean. The location is amazing - Lake Tinaroo is so peaceful and beautiful. Pool was very nice - but very cold (middle of winter that happens)

Car parking onsite was very pokey and difficult to access. Some rooms did not have a car park and were expected to park out on the street. Rooms were very unclean, dirt and dust on ledges and in door jams. Windows look like they haven't been cleaned for years. Very expensive but no attention to detail.
