No improvement necessary. The host, the cabin, the setting were all perfect.

The kangaroos that came around to graze every evening was just an extra bonus ontop of what was a perfect setting.

Very small detail but the back fly screen door didn’t close fully so we had some flies get in but not that much of a hassle.

The location was beautiful and the cabins had a great amount of space. The BBQs were also very clean as well as the cabins themselves. A wonderful spot with a gorgeous little trail out the back, would definitely recommend!

There was no shampoo in the shower - just hand soap.

Lovely cabin immersed in nature. The best part about it is the wildlife (kangaroos, kookaburras and other birds) that graze/ hang out around the cabins. Exceptionally clean and well equipped (kitchen sponges / soap / tea / coffee, oil, salt and pepper). There is a shared bbq area which is also great, with gas barbecues and picnic tables. The cabins also have a fireplace, and a bucket of wood is provided to use. And it's not far from town!

It had absolutely everything we needed for our two night stay, except milk for our tea / coffee. Maybe let guests know that milk is not provided 🙂

There is no wi-fi in the cabins, and cellular signal is so weak that using your phone as a personal hotspot probably won't work. To get wi-fi one must drive down to the owners' house. The other thing is that if you are there in chilly weather, there is no source of heat in the cabins other than a wood stove. The owners provide plenty of stove-sized wood, and while I loved it since I use one at home, some may find this a bit daunting

Excellent property set in a beautiful environment on a working farm. Kangaroos and many different birds abound. Owners are very helpful with ideas of things to do in the area, and the cabin was exceptionally well taken care of and clean. I wish I'd booked the whole week there instead of just 3 nights. The electric mattress pad on the bed was a godsend the first night there when the weather suddenly turned cold and rainy.

Our mattress was a little harder than i remembered but that is the only thing I could think to mention.

We love staying at the cabins. This was our second stay and we will definitely book there again. It is close enough to town to be convenient without being right there. It has easy access to everywhere you would like to visit. The cabin has everything that you could possibly need for your stay and above all is extremely clean. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. We love it at Tinglewood cabins. Thank you Chris and Sharon.

Sharon was very welcoming when we arrived at Tinglewood Cabins and offered some useful information of where the best beaches were and how to access the Munda Biddi. Rosella is a very clean and comfortable cabin with everything you need to cook meals including a new full size fridge and gas oven. The wood fire was great at heating up the entire cabin. The back verandah was a lovely place to have a morning cuppa overlooking the forest and a great place to watch the kangaroos and bird life. The BBQ area was clean, tidy and easy to use, again this had everything you needed including a kettle for a cuppa while cooking the bbq. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again. Thank you Chris and Sharon 🙂.

Beautiful location just out of Walpole, very serene, surrounded by forest with wallabies and birds. Rustic cabin, very clean with comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need. Have to self cater, cooking facilities good. Chris is so friendly and informative offering suggestions of gorgeous places to visit. Loves a good yarn. So glad we stopped in Walpole, although far too short a stay, it’s a hidden gem.
