As it was advertised as a tiny house stay, we expected a smallish compact space. It was even smaller than the pictures implied. We didn't expect there to be less space on each side of the bed than the length of our average sized feet, which made it a bit challenging for us (with mobility issues) getting in and out of bed 😬 We also noted that the door frame to the bathroom (and possibly its door?) had been recently painted with an oil based paint, causing a strong turpentine smell inside the bathroom when the door was closed.

The location, presentation, cleanliness of the property, customer service of managing staff, and contactless check-in were fabulous. (We were actually moved to Tiny House 3 before check-in)

The sliding panelled curtain across the entry door I believe would have been better met with vertical blinds to allow more light thru while maintaining privacy.

Yes this place is tiny but is a neat and practical place to stay for just singles and couples. The block has 8 well placed shipping container sized tiny homes with its own parking lot at the front of the block. We stayed in house 1 at the front. It's only a short drive to everywhere in Jervis and a short walk to the The Country Club (St. Georges/Vincentia) down the road. Would stay again as long as the price stays reasonable during appropriate times.

Great place, we stayed for 3 and paid for 2. Comfortable bed and had everything we needed. Was nice and clean and aircon/heater worked well. Some days there was a strong smell outside. I contacted the property manager and was told it was coming from the nearby Golf Course unfortunately. Not a big issue as we didn't spend the day at home. Place is recommended. Thank you!

That you couldn’t get in contact with anyone when we were having issues to get the keys as it is contactless checkin and it took us over an hour to world out which agent we needed to go into the office to tell them that the code was not working to get the keys

- The bathroom basin was very small - The WiFi given did not work or connected during our stay. We contacted the host and no response for help was given - There was no proper laundry as mentioned in the facilities, just a clothe line was available - It was difficult to cook and prep meals when there's only a microwave, kettle and toaster - The size of the room was small

-Getting in the property through contactless was a plus - Good location as it was close to the shops and not too far to the beach - property was clean

Great location, very easy to find. There was no confusion with finding keys or how to get into the house. Available parking which is always great. First impression was amazing. The place looked very cute and tidy. It smelt so nice and clean like a new house smell. Everything was clean and looked like new, the bed was soooo comfy with silky sheets, cute covers too. The shower head… amazing! Wasn’t a cheap little shower head, was like a overhead rain feeling. The house had enough room for everything wasn’t too crowded, had everything we needed in the room with the bbq and washing machine in close grab. A dryer or clothes rack would’ve been nice but we made our own. For such a small place there was so much storage, it was very smart how they placed the shelves and cabinets. Overall 10/10, would stay again! And would recommend.

We had some trouble trying to lock our sliding door, however, the communication from the owner regarding this issue was very prompt.

Such an incredibly innovative idea. The tiny houses were very cute and our bed was so comfortable that we are hunting to buy the mattress and linens for our own home.

With the amount of long messages received from the management it was hard to fully relax. When booking we knew and understood the rules but was reminded of those same things via message. It left the impression that guests are not trusted here.

I loved the easy access to the property and key box next to each tiny house. It made checking in and out very stress free!

They left us only a roll of toilet paper that wasn't enough and I expected at least the stove in the kitchen and a laundry.
