Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The room was situated higher and we had ocean view which was spectacular. having Coles under the building was also amazing. we also had view to the rivers and cannels behind. it was not super noisy.

AustraliaWe had to pay $340 for lost keys. My husband dropped the keys on our way into the lift and the keys fell down the gap at the lift door. We notified reception straight away and we were informed that they will have to replace the key barrel on the door and will charge us $340 (keys + parking card) Two days later (Monday, 13 May), the company that services the lifts were onsite and we asked the manager if they could ask the lift company to retrieve the key. The manager gave us a firm no and would not even ask the lift company. Lift company was onsite again on Tuesday 14 May. We feel that the manager was just not willing to help us.

Great building next time will stay on the other side of the building or higher than 3rd floor so not facing or so close to the main street.

AustraliaThe apartments are very dated and in desperate need to updating. Stone Bench was severely cracked around stove and bathroom vanity is all water damaged and bubbled. Roof in bathroom is all peeling and just old, needs a facelift. Needs updating not only for aesthetics but hygiene and risk of further damage to other areas and potentially guests. The lack of sound proofing is also an issue. Whenever other guests are in the hallway, you can hear them so loudly, it’s like they are in your room. I’ve stayed here twice and these issues are the same both occasions. I stayed on different levels and in different towers. The hallway noise is definitely annoying and I don’t believe it would be hard to fix with a more sound proof entry door. The road and outside noise was significantly less the second stay as I was on almost the top levels where as the first time I stayed was on a lower level so was a lot worse and very very loud. Request a high level apartment to avoid road noise but you’ll still have an issue with hallway noise. But in general, if you’re not fussed on the road and hallway noise, and the dated and little run down apartment, then the apartments are great value for money and a really good location.

AustraliaThe double bed in the third bedroom was horrible. Uncomfortable. If one is in the bed that would work. But sharing the bed was terrible. The mattress moves to the point that it’s like sleeping on jelly. And the mattress is so worn you roll into the middle. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the lounge room. The car parking is a let down. But the hardest part is the directions. You need to have clearer directions on where everything is.
The size if our three bedroom apartment was fantastic for our large group.
