Location was amazing! Right in the centre of Surfers and a short walk to everywhere. Will definitely stay again for the location. The lagoon was beautiful and great for the kids

Bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Needed a good bleaching. Furniture and fixtures were dated and worn. Aircon was partially broken, the wall attached controller was worn so the increase temperature button was faulty and worked sometimes, and would actually make it colder instead of warmer. Is not even remotely sound proof. Can hear everyone and everything in the hallway. The road and outside noise from the street and pool is very loud even with all doors and windows closed. Not at all sealed to even partially block sound. It’s like the doors are open it’s that loud.

Was affordable, convenient and close to where I needed to go for work. Gym was small but aircon was nice and cold and sufficient equipment for daily workouts.

only thing i did not like about the property was the tv access. we were unable to connect our phone to the tv or access netflix to the tv due to weak connection. we called reception and they said to use a HDMI cable

the property was in a good location with perfect facilities handed to us. we could get as many fresh towels as we wanted and the bathrooms and balcony’s were a good size

It was a little difficult to park during check-in and check out, and the spaces set aside for this were blocked off during those times.

The room was comfortable, however the room did smell, which was quite off-putting once you entered the room. The blanked for the double bed was not the cleanest, and I noticed this on the last day.

The location, room size and view were great, even though our room was not very high up. Facilities in the room and hotel were great too. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Decor a little outdated in the rooms, wasn't super duper clean (we saw a few cockroaches) but no real complaints about cleanliness, issue with the bathroom- there was no shower door/screen so water went everywhere after each use, we knew there wasn't daily housekeeping beforehand, but we couldn't get fresh towels daily due to issue with company providing clean towels during our stay so we had wash/dry every night and the dryer wouldn't work unless the washer was unplugged

Great location- very close to restaurants and Coles (very convenient when travelling with children/ teens). Really nice facilities- pool, spa/ hot tub (even though the bubbles wasn't working on the outdoor one), BBQ area.

Kitchen woefully under stocked. Cupboards had barely enough crockery. No serving dishes except 1 glass salad bowl and stainless steel bowls. Pots pretty poor. Oven rack didn’t adjust. No oven trays - in fact I had to buy one to bake in the oven. These days there are coffee machines like Nespresso in best properties.

Rooms are a little dated but have everything you need. Maintenance were able to fix shower head that was weak and not working well.

Great location, good choice of pools spread across resort. Staff always friendly and helpful. Lifts were always quick. Good coffee shop in foyer and helpful staff at tour desk.

Nothing really, the hotel could probably use a few new updates in the next few years. But nothing major stuck out to us.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Was a great size. Great facilities. Great view. Close to so much. Kids loved watching the Slingshot out thier window.

Room wasn't clean, some staff were rude when I was checking in the two young ladies. Wasn't told that cinema required you to bring your own DVD. Two BBQs out of the four in main pool area didn't work the whole 4 days and spa bubbles was out of order.

Parking was difficult to find in the spaces available. Could do with a few more to match the guest using the rooms. We got there on the 2nd day.

Clean and comfortable with great views, pools, and helpful friendly staff. Location is epic. Finding your way around the 3 towers was quite enjoyable

Rooms are dated, need better cleaning, main bed need replacement can feel springs we have staying a few times over the last 5 years and feel like nothing get updated or upgraded.
