Hard to navigate around after hrs for other people we were with in separate towers spa in main pool area didn’t work and something they used in the elevator to clean ruined a shirt one of us wore no one was much help with a resolution to that as they said body corp problem which was a bit off putting

The top loading washer under the wall mounted dryer was a little tricky, but honestly not a big deal at all. As you are in the heart of surfers it can get a bit loud with street noise on the weekend nights but not too bad really.

The room was comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. The location was super convenient and central to everything and the free secure parking was a bonus!

I requested a high floor as it was my first time to the Gold Coast with an ocean view, I was told I had a guaranteed ocean view, preferably in the same tower as friends checking in the following day. None of these request were actioned. When checking in, I was not made aware of any services, access to areas, lifts off after 9pm with no signage. Better communication is required.

The location was great, as was the hotel and the room except no ocean view.

The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable and the kitchen wasn't very well stocked with cutlery and utensils.

The location was so handy to everything. The pool area was fantastic and the kids had hours of fun. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was a very good size and 2 bathrooms which was great. Lots of parking available.

The ensuite toilet in our apartment wouldn’t flush initially and I had to call reception about it twice. They got a plumber up the next day, but even after that it kept emptying and refilling all night which was annoying. Also apartments on the lower floors tend to be quite noisy due to the central location.

Love the location and the pool/spa facilities. Love that the apartments are roomy and completely self sufficient.

Filthy bathroom, clearly just been rinsed for at least the last month. Needs a proper clean and a good bleach wash. The shower area had hair, old soap and shampoo from previous guests stuck to the walls, and lots of mould all along the shower door track, bottom of screen door and between tiles. Was pretty gross and really just spoiled the feel of the rest of the apartment which was clean and neat.

Good location for work. Convenient to amenities. Kitchen and lounge areas had been modernised compared to other apartments I’ve stayed in at the same hotel. So was more fresh feeling.

The room was situated higher and we had ocean view which was spectacular. having Coles under the building was also amazing. we also had view to the rivers and cannels behind. it was not super noisy.

We had to pay $340 for lost keys. My husband dropped the keys on our way into the lift and the keys fell down the gap at the lift door. We notified reception straight away and we were informed that they will have to replace the key barrel on the door and will charge us $340 (keys + parking card) Two days later (Monday, 13 May), the company that services the lifts were onsite and we asked the manager if they could ask the lift company to retrieve the key. The manager gave us a firm no and would not even ask the lift company. Lift company was onsite again on Tuesday 14 May. We feel that the manager was just not willing to help us.

Staff were amazing as usual. We had renovations happening that were waking the kids up, so they moved us. We had someone hit our car in the parking underground, and all staff involved (including security) were amazing about it

The lifts need more signals and signs - so confusing on so many occasions. We got on wrong lift on several occasions.

Didn't sleep well, could hear everything. On the busy road, including screaming people, police sirens a few times during the night every night, through to early hours of the morning. Great building next time will stay on the other side of the building or higher than 3rd floor so not facing or so close to the main street.

The apartments are very dated and in desperate need to updating. Stone Bench was severely cracked around stove and bathroom vanity is all water damaged and bubbled. Roof in bathroom is all peeling and just old, needs a facelift. Needs updating not only for aesthetics but hygiene and risk of further damage to other areas and potentially guests. The lack of sound proofing is also an issue. Whenever other guests are in the hallway, you can hear them so loudly, it’s like they are in your room. I’ve stayed here twice and these issues are the same both occasions. I stayed on different levels and in different towers. The hallway noise is definitely annoying and I don’t believe it would be hard to fix with a more sound proof entry door. The road and outside noise was significantly less the second stay as I was on almost the top levels where as the first time I stayed was on a lower level so was a lot worse and very very loud. Request a high level apartment to avoid road noise but you’ll still have an issue with hallway noise. But in general, if you’re not fussed on the road and hallway noise, and the dated and little run down apartment, then the apartments are great value for money and a really good location.

Very convenient location. Close to where I needed to be for work and Coles supermarket right downstairs. Lovely front desk staff, easy car parking and great value for money.
